Carrabba's Italian Grill

I gave this place 5 stars because of our server, Rich, who was able to take our group's orders (all 9 of us), get all of the orders exactly right, keep our drinks filled, and get us in and out in less than 45 minutes so that we could make it to our event on time. He did a great job, and I'm thankful to him and the kitchen staff for getting our food to us. And the food was delicious!

Just ordered and picked up the 2 Tuscan-grilled porkchops with garlic potatoes and broccoli last night (5/7/22). Looks like the salad was created from the trash. Lettuce was so brown and nasty lookin it makes you wonder how could any preparer serve this. I took a picture of it because I was in such disbelief. Makes me regret eating here and giving a tip for this mess. Very disappointed. They should care more than this.

The appetizers and dessert were fantastic. The main course, not pictured, was decently good. Blackberry Sangria was well balanced and tasted amazing. The peach sangria was a little too sweet for my taste. This a chain so fairly standard as what you'd expect. For this exact location, it was busy but they kept the tables moving and had great timing with each course. Our waitress was super sweet and made recommendations when needed. Side note. Cappuccino machine was broken 😢

Went there to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. Food and service were both great. The server said, "you came to the right place because we don't sing to you, but you still get a free dessert." The free bread is delicious with the dipping spices and olive oil. It's delicious, a step above Olive Garden in both price and taste.

Food was delicious! Had an appetizer to share and two entrees. Everything came at a fair pace. Tony served us. Very friendly and well spoken as well as professional. Made the dining experience just that bit much nicer. He didn't hover but he wasn't a ghost either. Loved the selection of entrees as well.

3 out of the last 3 times ordering online, it told us the food would be ready in 30 min, I know this isn't true bc for most of the time before that, I would get there 25-30 min after ordering and the food seemed to be ready for a LONG time, and the food would be Luke warm, or even cool. The fried calamari was mostly breadcrumbs, and cold, and the stuffed mushrooms were tiny compared to the photo on the menu. I've always filled out the survey after and was contacted by someone saying a district manager would be contacting me shortly. It's been 4 months. Gave them another shot Friday night and ordered online for curbside pick up, and once again, barely warm food (I live less than a mile away) Another time I ordered $80 worth of food and it was the wrong order and cold. I paid once by cash, and the curbside worker just took my money before asking if I wanted change and walked away. I waited a few min to maybe see if he was going to bring me back my receipt and change before I walked to the side door asking for my $12 in change back. The manager said HE needed to get the change for me. The kid should've said that before walking away with my money. Never said a word to me, just handed me my bag of food.
