O'charley's

I forgot to take a picture of my food because I was hungry and it looked good. Got peach chutney chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli for lunch. Great dish. It's not too expensive and is a good quality meal. The dine in experience is comfortable and the wait staff are quick and nice. We got there right at open and they weren't mad or anything. Parking is decent but I have seen it crowded during peak times. We are regular customers. Plan on staying that way. I recommend the chicken strips, honey mustard, and bread for those not having been here before.

Not sure what the main issue was, but they seemed out of everything, low staff, empty tables and the food was not cooked right. Asked for a medium steak and got well done. The waiter was awesome, the bartender not so much. When we were the only people in the restaurant, why was the food late and cooked wrong? Didn't seem like a Covid or low staff problem. I give it a 2 cause the waiter was awesome, but everything else was not.

Excellent dinner and excellent service! I had the sirloin steak that was prepared great. After bringing it to the table Gerard waited to be certain it was cooked exactly how I requested. Once he was certain meals were prepared as requested he came back quickly and topped off our drinks and asked if everything tasted great. Walked by every so often to look & see if everything was well. When we were nearly done he topped off our drinks even though they really didn't need it and asked if we would like dessert. Kinda tough to pass up but we held strong. Next time I am in the area and hungry, O'Charley's is where I am going.

Mila was our server this evening and we have eaten at many O’Charley’s restaurants over the years and we have to say that she is the best server we have ever had, bar none. Conscientious, attentive, friendly and we didn’t have to ask for anything, she filled our drinks before they were empty and made sure we had everything we needed. 1st class service and great food!

Terrible experience. Sat at the bar for a quick bite where one single lady and two men were also dining ( Couldn't sit at any of the bar tables because they all had signs that said closed for remodeling?) Anyway the two men carried on an extremely loud conversation laden with profanities the entire time I was there, so uncomfortable. Additionally the bartender and none of the staff seemed to think there was anything out of the ordinary for these two men to be cussing loudly at the top of their voice for the entire restaurant to hear. There is no way that management and certainly not the bartender couldn't hear what was happening and couldn't ask those men to, at the very least, lower their voices. I've eaten here so many times in the past but I cannot imagine ever going back after this truly terrible experience.

Co-worker asked if I wanted to grab a bite after work. I’m chubby so I can always eat - to O’Charleys we went. Sat in the bar booths and service was a bit slow. Jourdan made up for it by being super nice and on top of orders from then on. Had a bowl of potato soup for a starter and it was great! Cheesy, potato forward with a boatload of bacon. Yum. Bacon makes everything better. Had the fried shrimp dinner platter and the co-worker had a bourbon bacon filet. Shrimp came with bacon mashed potatos (see above bacon comment) and broccoli. The shrimp were.....average. Sort of bland, slightly oily mouthfeel. I started peeling the breading off towards the end. Potatos, yum. Broccoli, meh. Here’s the breakdown: Friendly service +1 star; great soup +1 star; nice hot rolls with butter +1 star; nice overall dinner experience +1 star. I’d go back to try other stuff.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. There was a large group in front of us that the hostess took back, and she had asked how many we had in our party. Well she never came back even though she kept looking our way, no other Wyatt made any attempt at coming to seat us so after waiting 10 minutes we left and ate elsewhere.

My to-go server refused to give me rolls with my soup bc it isn't an entree. This is the only location to ever refuse a few rolls to a paying and TIPPING customer, like it was going to break the bank. If I hadn't already pre-paid and pre-tipped my server prior to knowing this, I would've cancelled my order. As a prior longtime server myself, I would've used proper etiquette and fulfilled my customers request. He is in the wrong line of work! That is not customer service! And he did not EARN my tip! To also add, my soup was only 3/4 full.
