Panera Bread

Love this place....clean excellent service....good location, large parking lot. You can eat inside or out as well. Very well managed. Their soups awesome...my personal fav Broccoli cheddar soup, and Avocado melt chicken sandwich. The English tea and their kettle cooked chips......muah. Sorry half way remembered to take the pics....lol. Try it once and you'll go back again and again and again.

I have placed a catering order twice from this location, and both times they have cancelled the order. The first time, we received a cancellation email with no explanation as to why it was cancelled. I had to call the customer service number to find out what was going on. The second time on the day of, I waited for the order to arrive and when it was a half hour late, I tried to call the store. Nobody picked up the phone. I then called the general Panera customer service line, and the representative tried three different numbers of people who work at this location as well as the store phone number. Nobody picked up the phone for the representative either. He could see our order was cancelled, but we never got a notification of cancellation and he could not see what happened. I am hopeful that other locations do not provide this type of customer experience and that it’s this location only.

I ordered my food at 1:38, received it at 1:25. Went home, didn’t get my chicken chipotle sandwich, I had to go back, so didn’t actually get my sandwich till around 2:15-2:20 give or take. No compensation for the sandwich, my time, nor my gas, and no sorry. This is completely unacceptable. They didn’t see the sandwich because they didn’t make it and proceeded to assume it’s in the bag and brought it to me. It’s literally 4 items, it’s unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen but from there it just got worse and no one said sorry, especially the Manager. Thanks a lot Panera Bread for the horrible experience, the wasted time, and wasted gas. Y’all went above and beyond to make me an unhappy customer.

If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review I would. We walked in and the cashier said may I help you. My husband starts to give his order and she turns around whispered to the team worker that was emptying the trash and both start laughing. I said excuse me can i see the manager. The manager had just as poor customer service as his staff. After we explained what happened he said well i really don't know what happened. My husband looked at the girl and said is what we explained what happened? She just staired and said nothing. I told her she had poor customer service and the manager stood up for her and said oh she is just light hearted. We walked out. I have never been in a Panera and received poor customer service. UNTIL TODAY!

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to go via the app, and the food was ready quite late and the sandwich was cold and sloppily prepared—sauces were all over the outside of both buns making it a mess to eat. I complained in the app, got a $11 credit. A couple weeks later, I used the credit towards 2 salads for a picnic and specifically clicked the “include plastic utensils” button in the app while ordering. My wife and I get to the picnic and there’s no utensils in the bag! Hard to eat a salad without utensils. Not only that, but instead of Panera’s normal kettle chips as sides, we just got tiny bags of lay’s chips that they probably got from the Kroger next door. There was no indication they were out of their normal chips in the app and that we would be receiving something else. This is all very unacceptable given the price of their food.
