Arby's

Got a buffalo chicken sandwich meal for lunch. I forgot to take a picture of it. It was well made and delicious though. The drive through was not too slow and we ordered a lot of food too. I had a routine experience today and will likely go back again. I will say that while this store can sometimes be slow, everything is always super fresh. Anything like fries or cheese sticks are always hot out of the fryer. Worth the wait.

I work directly across the street from this place. I walked across busy Route 96 at least one time and as many as three times a week. I bought myself and sometimes my co-workers food. I used to treat my boss to cookies because everyone needs a good cookie once in a while. That ended today. I walked across busy Route 96 and Thunk! both entrance doors to the lobby were locked. There was a customer in a booth eating food while the doors were locked. I went to the drive through window as was told the dining room was closed. I said "Umm .. someone is in there eating" and was told they're too short staffed to help drive through and dining room. If there was no one in the dining room I would have accepted that. As there was - they obviously value that person more than me and the (since I started working across the street) at least 18 times I've been there. My dollars can be spent elsewhere. Arby's - you had the meats.

I usually visit this location with my toddler on late nights after work for his chicken nuggets & fries to make his night and our ride home much smoother. Today, I was highly disappointed as I sat at the drive through speaker for at least 10 minutes and then eventually drive up to the window to attempt to order his happy meal. Sadly, all I got was awkward stares as there was a sign that said closed at 8pm due to staffing but it was barely past 5pm. I am always happy with my service and food on every other visit, but this definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. My toddler fussed all of the way down the street to Wendy’s. Smh
