Dunkin'

Why are they always out of donuts? This is the second time in a row I've tried to get donuts and they were out. We used the app to order 12 donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. The cashier gave me the rest of the order, and just didnt give us the donuts. When i asked if we could get our donuts, they said they were out. I asked if they could provide a refund for the donuts, but they couldn't for the app.

Went here at approximately 12:45 PM on 10/25/2021. Walked in on an associate eating pizza behind the counter. He quickly rushed to the back to dispose of his meal. Came back to the register questionablely quick for someone who should've washed their hands before serving me. He went on the serve me 2 mislabeled donuts and medium coffee with a ton of coffee grinds in it...

Let me preface this by saying we LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts! We don’t have any local old fashioned donuts shops, so this is our go-to donut place. We love their donuts. Their coffee is excellent and I like that you can get breakfast sandwiches and other real food. The combination of DD and Baskin Robbins is a plus. However, even pre-pandemic, this location struggles to keep up and keep clean. It is always busy, so this likely contributes to the problem. But it feels like they are about 2 employees short of a smooth operation. Drinks are often wrong (especially iced coffees) and the inside looks like it isn’t cleaned frequently. We will keep going back, but this place could do so much more business. I frequently see people wait in line for a few minutes then leave out of frustration.

Stopped by to get some donuts, and had a great experience thanks to a super helpful employee named Bennett. This is a multi-store shop, so he has to be 100% on Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins and handle customers like me that are awestruck by all the selections! I have been here at least 10 times and every time I get to the menu boards, my brain freezes like a delicious double scoop with confetti sprinkles. Bennett was helpful without being pushy and was above and beyond. He helped me decide by listening to me and hooked us up with some of the best donuts in Cool Springs! Thank you, Bennett - my wile LOVED the chocolate glazed chocolate donuts!
