Captain D's

The management staff was curt and seemed 'put out' to have to take my order while the regular cashier had stepped away. The restaurant tables had not been cleaned; no one sitting at them and they were sticky. You could tell about 40% had not been wiped down. 3 stars because the food was fresh and tasty. My order came out quick.

Please don't let it's location fool you. This place is the most poorly run captain D's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I walk up to the counter to stand there waiting for the girl who is supposed to be managing the front counter, while she is sitting on the floor (behind the counter) drawing pictures on a box of supplies... She did not once in the 3+ minutes I stood there, look up. I KNOW she had to see me as I was only slightly left of center of her line of sight had she raised her eyes even for a second....In her defense, I suppose I should say that yes I COULD have said something but I figured I'd play along and see just how long she would sit there and pretend not to see me..... When a girl in the back of the store Finally noticed me and came around to the front to take my order. She saw the girl sitting in the floor and said her name with a "what the hell are you doing" tone. The girl sitting on the floor..Just shrugged her shoulders and mumbled something indiscernible and kept RIGHT ON DRAWING... The table I sat at, was the cleanest of the dirty tables I could find and the food was well....Just not good at all. And to top it all off... I BECAME SICK ONLY A FEW HOURS AFTER EATING HERE... On my way out. The aspiring artist/server was sitting on a seat out in the lobby area with her shoes off.....She had pink socks on that, surprisingly, where actually clean...... Yes .... Clean. Mom must still do her laundry...Or her maid...Or who ever. Will NOT BE BACK...

Ate there on Sunday night. Many codes violations visible. Filthy. Dirty rag draped over the paper condiments cups. Took a long time for food to be ready. Fish was rubbery/stale. Mac and cheese was yellow, brown, black, and dry. Staff was rude. Several drink choices were out. Not up to the quality that I have seen in other CD's.

I won't give this location any stars. We called the order in, thinking they would have it ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. Fat chance. It took over one HOUR to get our order, and we had to accept changes caused by what I can only attribute to massive f**kup on their part. Captain D's needs to fire the whole staff and start over. I am not happy. And, it took over one HOUR to get our order. Stay away.

Went inside as last time the drive thru was very slow even though i was the only car and my order was messed up. Well inside expierence was no better. Cashier was very uninterested in taking my order and once i received it and got to my car to check it the order was wrong and missing items. Went back in to have them fix it. Was gonna speak to the manager but she wasnt an improvement from staff so i just left..
