So sad! My girls and I purposefully came to the mall today for Auntie Anne’s as a special treat and we waited in a long line. Then when we ordered we had to wait again for more to come out. When we received our pretzels they were all burned! I mentioned it and the young man working said yeah sorry…they are a little crispy. I would have appreciated an offer to get a fresh one or an offer to exchange for something else! We LOVE the pretzels when they are fresh!!!

I literally can’t stop smiling as I write this review. I would do literally anything for this place. It is by far the BEST PRETZEL PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD. Wait actually, it might be the best place I’ve been to…… PERIOD. The pretzels are soft, salty, buttery, bloody, and so so staggering. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I absolutely adore it. Sadly, they only have locations in the Nashville area. But I plan to change that and open one in Murfreesboro!

I just moved here from Illinois but live in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Was craving some auntie anne's pretzels but when I came to the mall, no one was at the station even though it said open. So I just left, sorry I always buy 6 no salt sour cream and onion pretzels. So I guess I'll go to another auntie Anne's. 😥 and it's only 4pm.

Hours say they close at 7, tried to buy pretzels at like 6:10 they were already shut down and turned me away. There was still food in the cabinets too

I’ve eaten a truly disdainful amount of pretzels in the past couple of months here. Definitely worth the drive. This is the only location in the Nashville area that has good service, bigger portions, etc.

Tasty pretzels. One of my favorite spots for a treat at the mall. Usually staffed with kids, so service is hit or miss. Can not complain about the pretzels. They have always been good and fresh.

Went to the mall to get a pretzel for lunch. Neither the manager or associate we’re wearing masks. Walked right out.
