Health Sushi

Very disappointed 😔 Took my boys here to try our favorite food, Sushi. It was lunch and only 2 table with total of 6 people. So I thought we got in at the right time. I was wrong. The waitress took forever to get our water (didn’t order anything complicated) 15 mins after waiting she came and took our order. At this time, another group of people walked in. There was only 1 server as far as I was aware. I ordered, 1 Salmon roll for my boys and 1 rainbow roll , I got myself ramen spicy soup with chicken. Food took a while given that the other 2 tables were done eating. When the food came, I was really bumped out by them. Check out my rainbow roll. Publix rainbow roll has more fish than this place. Too much space filler in the middle and it was $12. I have had a much better quality than these with the same price. Our Salmon roll was just ok. My noodles were very cooked so chewing them was just weird. The chicken seemed like they just thaw them. It was a waste of $35. We ended up getting Sushi from Publix for my boys because they weren’t full. Won’t be back.

The service was fast, the menu isn't very large and helpful. The sushi was warm and visibly low quality. It was warm and had little to no flavor. Unkind or not the only server working smelled horrible and I feel like someone who is tending to customers should worry more about hygiene. The food also came out fast but the temperature was warm on cold foods and scalding on warm foods. The sushi isn't very good period. The noodles in the ramen are very bad. For this quality the food is expensive. Entering the restaurant from the fragrant outside is an awful experience. Please visit another restaurant, this one is not worth it.

I’ve been many times in the past and had the woman with glasses wait on me, and haven’t had a bad experience until today. Went at 1 pm and the waiter (a man) took my order…then nothing. I had asked for a hot tea, after waiting 40 minutes (after he took my order) I told him “forget the tea, give me a water.” I had been sitting thirsty. After another 10 minute and got up to leave. I told him I had to get back to work. He laughed and just said “ok.” No apology or anything. Extremely disappointed. I left without getting anything I ordered. I watched him ring in receipts as food sat. He did not bring any tables water until he brought their food. How is that customer service?? It was terrible I do not recommend unless you have 2 hours to wait.
