This is what is referred to as “The Some-Timey” Smoothie King. They have a sign CLEARLY POSTED on their doors that says MON-FRI 6:30am-9:00pm, however, you have to play Russian Roulette with that open time! Guess that can’t be worried about losing any money because they’re employees just DGAF anyway...It ain’t their money!!!

My husband and I have been loyal customers for a while, but not after today. Today they’re supposed to be offering FREE immune booster due to the virus. She made it clear that she was not aware at all after charging us for it and giving attitude about not wanting to refund us $2. Not really a big deal until she acted VERY unprofessional. We have had issues with the same blonde girl with blue tips in the past. I will no longer go to a smoothie king that hires extremely rude and arrogant people.

Ordered a large choc activator w peanut butter and when I received it about 10%-15% of it was gone. I showed it to the girl who asked if I'd like another. I told her it's an $11 drink so yes I would like for it to be full. She took it and a guy came back and said that's as full as it should be. I said I've gotten tons of these and they're always filled up. His answer...well sometimes it's different. Nice.

I bought a shaker bottle here. It had a small crack and leaked. The store would not exchange it. Smoothies are fine.

Slow as hell.. stood in the store for 10 minutes by myself, coulda took whatever i wanted. Finally some girl comes walking from the back looking stoned out of her mind and said hiiiiiiii. And gave me this weird look. Kinda made me feel uncomfortable. O well I got my smoothie paid my fee and won't go back.

The smoothie was good as usual, but the lady at the window was as rude as can be... she didn't speak or acknowledge me when I spoke... she only told me the price and handed my drink out the window....I have been going to smoothie king for years and this is by far the worst visit I have had.

Service was horrible. Called in my order and still waited for 15mins on a line with only one other car in it. The man in the drive-through window with the orange HAIR wss extremely rude. I ended up being late for work from foolishness. So not happy with the service and customer service
