Purchased a fried chicken salad at the Murfreesboro Rd branch in Franklin. I asked for 3 packs of honey mustard and paid for extra dressing. When I got home one pack of honey mustard was torn open, another had a hole in it. The person that placed the dressing in the bag had to know it was open because it was all over the packs. Poor service. I won't eat there again.

Love this place ! I just wanna say Ellen has some great customer service skills, I was surprised of how nice she is to her customers. Keep hiring people like her ! Makes the whole experience way way better. Love the food and now love the service 😀

I hate to leave negative reviews, but the food was gross. Came by at 2:30, waited in line 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries, expecting it to be made to order. The fries were lukewarm and mushy and the sandwich was barely warm. Probably left over from the lunch rush. Gross.
Go to Waldo’s instead. Hot, fresh, and just about as fast.

Door locked 29 minutes before the door says they close. So I call and say "I'm at the door and its locked." She says "yes sir?" I said you don't close for half an hour? She said "we're low on staff so drive through only." Since when did retaurants not solve for staffing issues? And not deal with it as it came up.

People that work at this place take their time intentional. It takes twenty minutes to order with one car in front of me. They should really hire new staff. This happens all the time unless Shae. Is working. He does a good job.

The best part about this experience was thw guy at the drive thru window! He treated us like we were real people and like he was actually having fun at his job! I just hate that I didnt get his name. Plus, the grilled chicken sandwich was good too! Even at 8:30 at night.

Good Zaxby's location. Tends to be busy but they do a good job of keeping things moving and getting orders out to customers. Food is always hot and fresh.

Tried to make purchase Insde restaurant today at 1 pm. Was told had to use drive-thru as inside dining and service was closed except for online purchases. Drive thru line wrapped around the building. So much for customer service. Took my business to a competitor whose dining room was open.
