Great American Cookies

So u have a sign up saying u are the only employee . Yet u fired my son which was the only employee that stayed with u after everyone left. Cause he has a medical condition with migraines And knowing in a food industry if u have vomiting and diarrhea you can not work for 48 hrs. Don't make ppl feel sorry for u cause u got rid of ur employees. Or walked out on u cause u don't know how to run the store

I don’t know what kind of customer service y’all are teaching but this is Absurd while my boyfriend ( of color ) was in line to purchase cookies the employees disregarded his presence and helped the two Caucasians behind when confronted ,the guy working (pictured below ) replied that’s not his problem due to my bf having to leave I proceed to call and ask for corporates number where I was told by the women (pictured below ) our complaint was not a proper complaint….. I’m sorry but discrimination is a very serious complaint she even went as far as to follow me to my car and take a picture of my tags I proceed to say you love to be racist and her response was yup that’s right and I have video proof of this , this is unacceptable how dare great American cookies employe such people

Multiple issues with the Cool Springs (Franklin, TN) location! 1. Seems like they are never open…multiple times they have been closed while the food court and rest of the mall is open, and many other days they were closed completely. 2. Don’t have a cake decorator on Fridays, so if you need a cake for a Saturday morning or afternoon event, you’re completely out of luck 3. Do not allow for online cake orders 4. Rarely answer their phones and when they finally did, the girl was so rude and sassy. This location is so unprofessional, whereas the Nashville location was extremely polite, helpful, Nd even very flexible.

Today I went to go pick up two cookie cakes. When I arrived I told them I was there to pick up these cakes. I was never asked for my name nor proof of the fact this was my order . Did not ask me if I wanted to see either cakes. This is important for later . I then ask to add two other ginger bread cookies to my order and a drink . The girl then told me a price with an 8 digit number but the mall was so overcrowded and loud I could not hear the exact amount I then oblige to what I assumed was $80 for the two cakes, cookies, and drinks . Then the girl took my card, charged me and I left. She said have a good night and walked away. I assumed everything was fine. On my way home I see I was only charged 8 dollars so I was confused and planned to call when I was home. When I arrive my mother calls me to say that the manager has called to tell her “She showed up and walked off without paying and we were only showing her the cakes “. My mother then informs them that “my daughter did in fact pay and assumed the cakes would be added on to the purchase of the other two gingerbread cookies” Then the manager says “oh must have been our fault, but you need to pay” I then call back to pay and they refuse to let me speak to the woman who falsely accused me of stealing and slandering my name. A boy answers saying oh yes you are calling to pay. I then pay and ask for a receipt of my payment . I have still yet to receive one. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience since I have been purchasing from this establishment for years now and I received such poor treatment. If you wish to be slandered or falsely accused for a issue on their side then definitely give this place a try. I would’ve gladly paid on my arrival with no complaints but the unjustly conviction of assumed actions is deeply disappointing and disrespectful of this company.
