Captain D's

The orders were taking incorrectly but fixed quickly by the person who took our order. Cook argued with her when she asked to correct. The drink machine was low on carbonation and I was told even though it was flat, it wasn't ready to change it. The fish had a rubbery texture and tasted off, even the color was wrong.

I waited in line for about 20 minutes with absolutely no movement. When I finally made it up to the speaker to place my order I waited another 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I watched as two cars in front of me pulled forward. I said hello into the speaker. The person taking orders very rudely said “just hold on”. I left the line immediately and purchased lunch elsewhere. The person taking orders is in desperate need of training to deal with customers and busy times effectively.

I usually love Captain D’s fried shrimp but today we ordered $50 worth of shrimp dinners and im not even sure there was shrimp in there. I saw tails and fried batter but the shrimp were paper thin. It was pitiful. It looked like someone flattened the shrimp dipped it in batter and deep fried it. Called the store and was told you guys changed suppliers. Terrible dinner.
