The lady at the register was the worst! She had the biggest attitude ever! I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy she gave me coleslaw and gravy. They food was disgusting!!!!!!!! The inside was filthy. KFC needs to do undercover boss or at least send someone in undercover to buy something!! I HATE PEOPLE THAT COMES TO WORK TO GIVE HELL TO A CUSTOMER!! STAY HOME!! Please

The food was horrible. The quality of everything was subpar and the taste had no seasoning to it. I can understand why Popeye’s is better now. Chicken tenders not well battered and no taste. The regular chicken was not fresh and I asked for chicken breast and received everything but a chicken breast. I hate that I wasted $38.00 for a meal that was not worth having. I recommend you go to any place because they can not be worst than this place..

Don't place large orders. Bucket of original turned to crispy. NONE OF THE CHICKEN HAD ANY SEASONING. NOT EVEN SALT! Fried chicken with no seasoning is bland and gross. Missing one side. One Mac and cheese turned to mashed potatoes. One green bean turned to mashed potatoes. Appearantly, all they have is mashed potatoes but then they left out the one meal that actually asked for mashed potatoes. Chicken was crispy and fried well but it was hard to eat without seasoning.

Chicken legs were overcooked, very dry. The coleslaw tasted weird like a bit of chlorox or strong vinegar in it. Mashed gravy was a bit salty. I've been a very frequent customer at your Franklin TN branch. I just think, it's not tasting right like the many months and years since I started buying it. Sorry......but it's not the same.

The Drive through employee had the worst attitude. After I told her my order, I asked her three times if they sold any gallons of lemonade, she never answered me . The time she said ,“ dat it” ? I wasn’t sure what her question meant . I said no and asked again if they had gallon of Lemonade again. Then she yelled across the speaker yes! Rudely condescending said I told you ya and then added, dat it? My wife and I both looked at each other like, wow! She had the worst attitude. She acted irritated about something from the beginning of our order and I was trying to be polite. She really was disrespectful . I don’t tolerate any thug like attitude or behavior. I will not be back and spend another dime there. Now I know why the guy in front of me parked and went inside….He probably couldn’t tolerate her attitude either.
