Wendy's

Had a craving for a jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag. Pulled up to the drive thru, no service. Tried again, nothing. Went inside, 15 min for food. Got home to eat and the fries were cold. Even allowing for travel time, cold. Not warm. Honestly though, I could see that they are struggling. They need people to work so that it's fast food, not just - food. It wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst. The food was good aside from fries and I am full. And side note, whomever did the landscaping there, wow. Always immaculant work. Best outside of any Wendy's I've ever seen.

No service at all. A few weeks ago around 8 at night we went to this location and they were taking only cash. We then left since we didn't have cash. We tried again around 6 at tonight to go by and we pulled up and all the lights outside were off and they were only taking drive through. After waiting a while in line we decided to leave. I assume they have very few workers but the GM and regional manager need to talk and probably close this one down and start over.

TERRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE! So after sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes we get to the speaker. 9:48 pm… no one would acknowledge us. I called the store, no answer. Never mind the line of cars. When we pulled away, without ordering, there were still 6 cars behind us. As we pulled around the building, we noticed there were people inside the kitchen area windows just hanging out talking! AND I DON’T GIVE BAD REVIEWS.

Listen the line was long but the service was great. It is so easy to get overwhelmed and frustrated with the work load right now. And this drive thru guy was kind and patient and gave the car in front of me food reccomendations and opinions like he had all the time in the world. The spicy chicken is a favorite!

The African American manager( I'm a Brown person before anyone says anything) was running the front lobby and dining area. He had to make our fries and hamburger 🍔. Wendy's this is utter f×÷=$%^&&!! No one person should have that many job duties or maybe get him employees who can you know handle the pace. The drive thru was over 8 cars long...I can't imagine what he was going thru...It took the fry dropper more than 4 minutes to make 4 French fry orders. The food was great and I really love the grape sprite

Normally I wouldn't go online to complain, but I keep having issues out of this location. They knew they gave me terrible service today when they literally crumpled up receipt in front of me. I get the same thing when I go there in the more a large frosty Chino and the breakfast baconator no weird cheese sauce with extra sliced cheese. The frosty Chino came out in this super small cup. Every morning I have gotten it, it has been in a big cup. When I brought it up to them, the lady handing it to me had to ask if this was a large to some manager man. He said yes, so I asked the obvious question of well if this is a large then why has my coffee been much bigger every morning I have gotten it? To this they had no answer. Then on my sandwhich they are suppose to come with 2 pieces if cheese. Since I asked for extra it should have been 3. They give me this sandwich with 1 slice of cheese. I paid extra for the large and the cheese. I feel ripped off and don't even have my receipt to go back and have them fix it.
