Buffalo Wild Wings

Got a 10 piece medium boneless wings as takeout. They forgot the celery. I ordered from my phone and app stalled at payment. So I attempted payment again so they would fill my order. As you would guess, they billed me twice. Fortunately, they caught it and only charged me once. The dine in area is definitely an after work unwind type place. Plenty to do if you are looking to blow off some steam or hang out with the boys. Parking isn't too bad. Plenty of spots and easy to drive around in. The food is decent value for the price. Tastes great if you are wanting some wings. The staff were nice and did their best to help. I think the kitchen could use some training though. I will return again because the food is good but only if I have the patience to deal with issues, which I will plan on. Not my first choice, but still a choice for good food.

Overall it's your typical Chain restaurant. The service was good, they also allowed my French bulldog to sit on the patio. Fried pickles were hot, beer was cold. Got boneless wings, unfortunately they were barely warm when they came out. The fries were nice and hot. If the wings were hot, it would have been 4 stars.

Update: Has been a while since we visited. Decided to give BWW Franklin another go. Food was ready on time. Wings were good (upgraded to two stars from one because the order was on time). Salad was awful, nothing like expected from the website picture. Salad was buffalo wedge salad. Don’t waste your money. One chicken tender, no sauce and the rest…see the picture. Previous Review: So order online 45m in advance. Not ready when promised. You can’t social distance at the pickup counter. You tell the attendant you will wait outside. Later you realize they have forgotten you. Go back in to pickup and it is finally ready after so much hassle.

Came in for lunch Wed and the waitress in the front dining room was amazing. When I came in it was self seating and everyone went to her section. She was amazing and gets 5 stars. The restaurant gets 3 stars for making her work like that. Shame on you for not staffing accordingly or controlling the flow.

The food has been pretty good lately, and some of the sauces are nearly addicting, however it has rarely been a pleasant time picking up the food. The takeout desk turns in to a terrible bottleneck and seems pretty frantic when it is busy. Picking up wings togo on a busy night was a really bad time and the girls working the desk appeared to receive no help. My review is based solely on picking up food to go, not dining in.
