So i saw a bumch of terrible reviews for this place. I even double checked to make sure i was reading reviews for the correct place because i have not had any bad experience here... Yes. Its more expensive thank panda express, yes it is not quite as good, but its also a mall Chinese place... Also people said they did not have a lot of choices, i was confused because there are a ton of choices... They all taste similar. But they are different choices... I like them, and do occasionally come by. Again. The prices are higher, but that is expected at a mall...

Normally, I would let stuff like this pass because I love Chinese but my experience was awful. There was only a small amount of choices. The orange chicken didn't even taste like what it should. The sweet and sour is hardly even chicken and disgusting. The sweet and sour sauce was bad. The only good part about the food was the lo mein. It wasn't too bad but not the best. The staff were rude and lazily threw the food into the containers. The absolute worst part was how the fortune cookies cost money! Free fortune cookies are always the best part but not here. I will not be getting food from here anymore.

I am usually pretty generous with my ratings but after the digestive reactions this place gives me as well as my food having a dirty taste 40% of the time I couldn't even bring myself to put 3 stars. When the food is done right however the food actually tastes really good and you get a lot for what you pay. As this is a takeout restaurant I really don't mind the lack of special treatment as a customer by the staff but if you are picky about it then panda express is what you are looking for.

If there was a way I could put zero stars, I would! The lady was on her phone and threw some rice and steak in my plate. I was charged soda price for water, and when i asked the cashier, he acted as if it was on accident. When I ate the food, my fried rice was edible at the most, and the steak felt like fake meat. I tried to eat the pepper steak, which had a slimy gravy, and no taste. i went back to ask to take the steak off, and she put the steak right back into the bowl she got it from, put more rice in my plate, and gave me a chicken egg roll. I opened the roll after sitting down, and gagged. It smelled like sweat and I didn’t even try it. The only reason I ate there was because I was starving, but I will NEVER eat there again.
