Ann's Restaurant

Super fun and friendly place that bills itself as Franklin's oldest restaurant. Came in for breakfast, and was promptly greeted and seated. The cinnamon roll was quite good, with a scoop of whipped butter on top, melting through the whole thing. Also had the spicy breakfast wrap, which was quite tasty. I appreciate that they toasted it, rather than just treating it like a regular burrito. Gave it some additional textural contrast, and helped keep it together. I'll be looking forward to a return trip!

I don’t understand how I’ve lived near here almost all my life and never had Ann’s until 2021. If my waistline and budget could afford it, I’d come here every morning for breakfast. The cinnamon roll French toast is amazing, biscuits and gravy are stellar and the omelets are made to order and so delicious. The staff here is always friendly and quick to make suggestions or ways to make your meal a bit cheaper. They also kindly provide recommendations and never let my coffee cup run dry. I recommend Ann’s to everyone. They are only open for breakfast and dinner and closed on weekends. Please check them out! They are also partnered with a local rehab facility and proceeds from their restaurant go directly to the rehab. Very awesome!

We came here on the recommendation from a friend, and wow were we impressed. Friendly, swift service and AMAZING food. It can be hard to compare breakfast joints because the food is usually so similar, but the food was the best breakfast I e had in a long time, hands down. We will be returning for sure.

What an absolutely charming hometown diner! This is the kind of place that can't be replicated by a franchise restaurant with corporate group think. This is the kind of restaurant that a visitor comes in and they wish they were going to be in town long enough to become a regular. Good coffee, solid breakfast menu!

Really really great restaurant!! They were super busy when we got there, but we were seated and served incredibly fast. The food was excellent, even though I couldn’t finish it. My mom had the spinach salad with French dressing, and I had the bacon ranch wrap with chips. Now I’m not usually a huge fan of chips, but WOW they were probably my favorite thing. The staff was very friendly, once again despite being very busy. Our food was out to in probably about 15 minutes, and I think our table was cleaned before we were even out the door! I will absolutely be going back next time I’m passing through. My only complaint was that the floor definitely needed some cleanup, but in the middle of lunch I can understand how that is difficult. I also think it’s worth noting that they had a pretty large parking lot, with lots of street parking options as well, which is sometimes a rarity with local restaurants.
