I've had Moe's at a different location, but this place was gross. I walk in, no employees. Guy comes from the back room, wipes his nose and face, then puts gloves on. 🤢 The ground beef was black. Was told queso on the chips was going to be an extra dollar each. I asked for extra chips (even said I would pay extra) and the lady literally put 3 chips in another bag. I would not recommend this place.

Great little spot to eat at in Franklin Great tacos and the unlimited chips and salsa all made to your liking the Pineapple salsa is awesome unlimited drinks can't go wrong for lunch here

Gross. This place was absolutely nasty.. not a clean table in the whole place.. bathroom looked liked it’s never been cleaned. They weren’t busy and the employees were on their phones.

When I walked in there were no employees in sight. It was weird, I wondered if they closed and forgot to lock their doors or something. Someone finally came out and took my order, but ya know what? It just wasn't very good. Food portions were a little out of wack for the price, the salsa was good, but everything else was just...okay at best. Really wish I picked up from somewhere else.

This was the first time ordering from this place, I called to ask a question and no one ever answered after listening to music then hear a ring then music again for 8 minutes. I thought they might be busy. So i ordered anyway and when we got it 2 items were missing, the salsa smells really bad. the food was "okay" considering I was raised in Texas, this definitely isn't the place to go for a taste of home.

Don’t get delivery/ pickup here where you can’t watch them make it. My salad got here with no lettuce... or rice, or sauce. The burrito we got was sagging in the middle it was so meager. I love moes but for 8-9$ a pop I don’t want to be hungry after dinner.

The food came in really small portions for the price. The meat was dry and tasted old. I've been to Moe's in other places and this one was by far the worst one I've experienced. If they had negative stars, I'd better be able to rate it.
