Wow went tru the drive up window 09/14/2020 @8:30 pm. ordered chrispy Chicken and a Bnc Classic got to work there was a thin layer of roast beef on my sandwich and realized on my other sandwich they forgot the chicken just bread and toppings really sad no lights on outside drive up window was dark tried to call 4 times no answer $6.48

Every time I try to visit this location there is some sort of reason that I have go somewhere else. A semi blocking the drive through (which has happened to me on several occasions), or simply no one ever taking my order. I’m so tired of it. You can’t even use the excuse that it’s busy because there may only be one or two cars ahead of me, yet I’ll be stuck at the speaker for 15-20 minutes! I wish that I was exaggerating. Some of us only have so long on our lunch breaks. If you can resolve this issue then maybe more people would consider giving your their services. I know that I’m not the only one

Ordered beef an bacon sandwich it was so dry i couldn't eat it i should have listened to other people on Facebook here in Franklin. Most of them say they'll never go back usually they don't have any beef or it's one of the worst places in Franklin too eat the sandwich looked like they had fried the beef with the bacon. Be the last time I try it the worst 20 dollars I've spent in a longtime

just got two Turkey bacon ranch clubs and the lettuce Is is rotten and the meat and cheese is old like it had been sitting out in a room temperature. very disappointed with the quality... cant even eat it, it's so disgusting. how difficult is it to take one second to look at lettuce to notice its brown and and soggy?
