Central Pizza

Hate to give a 1-star review because their pizza is honestly kind of decent. The horrendous customer service and delivery services are what brings this place down so far. Terribly run and also very unorganized. Whatever manager I spoke to was rude and condescending and even had his employees obviously lie right to me. Now, after my third bad experience ordering from them, they have officially lost me as a customer. It is sad because my girlfriend and I ordered quite regularly from them. Oh well.

I'm not sure what's going on over at central, but honestly the quality of food and service has been slowly sliding. I've been ordering at Central for 3 years now and have always enjoyed their food and their service, but the past 6 months I have noticed things going down hill. I stopped ordering Fish and Chips because the fish always arrived incredibly over cooked ( to the point of being to hard to chew ) 50% of the time I have to call them and point out an item the forgotten The food has gotten VERY greasy. Yes, I know it's a Pizza place, food isn't going to be health short of a Salad grease is going to be a thing, but the levels we are getting grease in the food is approaching uneatable sometimes. where it was never like that before. Just today I found a piece of Wax paper used to wrap subs and wrap inside my Sandwhich ( I said sandwich now sub ) Delivery drivers have been rude on more then one occasion in the past 6 months This is only a few examples. There has been more. Like I said, for the past 2 1/2 years I have absolutely loved Central and have made it my go to Pizza place, but as it is, I might start looking elsewhere if this decline continues. I hope whatever is going on is able to work itself out. I really don't want to walk away from these guys.

One of my favorite pizza places around. Their sauce is delicious, and I love the crust too. I usually get just cheese maybe with ricotta too and it's so good. I love the taste if their sauce, its on the sweeter side. And the crust is SO.good, not too crunchy to eat. Crunchy on outside, soft and fluffy on inside, literally perfect. Couldnt ask for a more perfect pizza in my opinion. The toasted raviolis are awesome as well. The French fries.seem to be different than they used to be though. I liked them better before. Overall, great place.to get take out or delivery in the area. I prefer them to Franklin Pizza and Deli, but they do have a similar taste and style of pizza. The sauce at central is sweeter like i said.

I used to love this place. I ordered from them one day while I was at work. I expected my food to be delivered by 12pm. I took my break at 11:50 and my food never came. I gave them some time before I called just in case they were running late. When I called I was told that the driver had just left and my order was on its way. 12:30 came around and my food wasn’t delivered yet so I called again and was told by someone else that the driver had just left with my food again. At this point I had wasted my entire lunch break and when I told them to cancel my order and refund my money I was told I would have ti call back later. I never received my money or food. This place is run by dirtbags that don’t mind losing a loyal customer over $12.

Central Pizza is one of my favorite places to go in town; they have great food great and great staff! I definitely think Central Pizza would benefit from moving to a bigger location since many customers come to this establishment each day. With regard to the service, they are generally pretty good. However, they are understaffed and will sometimes make mistakes with orders. But they will correct those mistakes in a timely fashion. If you’re ever in the Franklin area, definitely visit Central!

Ordered today. Ham and Swiss cheese calzone with honey mustard inside and on the side. I received the calzone after the expected hour long wait and got a ham and American, no sauce inside, and marinara on the side. Called to confront the worker nicely and they said oh we have too many orders and hung up on me. Not returning now as this isn't the first time with rude staffing for their mess ups.
