Dunkin'

Hi my name is Wanda I’m from Rhode Island went there to grab coffee and a muffin ask for an ice water for my pregnant friend and the said no they can’t so I went to the cashier and ask them I wanna buy a small ice coffee with no coffee we been in the hospital and all she wanted was ice water mind you the manager came and not dress as a worker rude yelled at me telling me I don’t know why ppl do this when all the have to do is buy an ice bottle of water gave me a med ice coffee and slam it in the counter and told me I’m being difficult have a good day embarrassed me I’m 40yrs old I never wanted nothing for free I work with customers and I never spoke to them in any way in from of ppl!! I’ll never again will go there it was the worst experience I ever had he needs to learn how to speak to customers looking like he just got out of bed!

Gave me wrong coffee order in drive through (ordered iced coffee w/ butter pecan flavor swirl, got iced coffee w/ 3 shots of caramel and 3 shots of pumpkin spice...gross combo and not sure how they got it that wrong). Only noticed as I pulled through and wasn't going to wait in line again. Either they screwed up or their audio system is bad but either way I would not recommend.

Totally messed up my order again! I had to drive back and went inside, told the cashier "they gave me the wrong order" she said "what do you mean-it says it right here on the receipt " the receipt clearly showed glazed. I opened the box to prove to her they gave me the wrong order. They were doing SO good for SO many visits. I guess they're back to messing up drive thru orders and hope that customers don't notice!! Thanks but we notice !
