Maguro House

The Maguro restaurant in franklin is one of the best Sushi places I have eaten at in Franklin. The service they provide to the customers makes you feel like you’re at home. I have had the pleasure of trying many new sushi. People are always willing to wait ½ hour to an hour to eat at fine restaurants, and the same can be said for Maguro House. It is fine dining with a “at home feeling”. A big part of the menu is sushi but the noodles and rice dishes are so delicious I sometimes order both. The beef noodles soup are also very tasty.

they're clearly struggling. went in 5pm on friday and nobody seemed to be working there. the 1 employee was in the back room, eventually came out. then after seating us didnt return. Alot of time spent in the back doing something. Had to leave eventually without an order being taken. they're clearly understaffed, recommend they shift back to take out only if they can't handle customers in person

Great food, the mango Salman 🍣 delicious. All the ramen dishes we had was delicious. When we got there it seemed to be only take out but they did sit us down to eat. Small staff on hand but the wait was not bad. PS. ALL SERVICE DRIVEN INDUSTRY ARE SHORT ON STAFF, PLEASE BE KIND, PATIENT AND TIP WELL.

I'm really not that into sushi, but I've come here multiple times to try some of their non-sushi items. A few times I had the beef pho, but honestly, I'm disappointed every time I try it. I also tried some other noodle dishes and teriyaki chicken once, and I wasn't really impressed with these either. I really want to like this place because it's close to my home, the people are nice, and I hear good things about it from others. So I'll probably go back a few more times until I find something there I like. I suspect if I was a sushi fan, I'd probably be very happy with this place.
