Honey Dew Donuts

Everytime I go it seems like they have someone brand new who doesn't know what they're doing. They are always out of items. There is zero consistency. I usually get a sandwich and a flavored red bull. The bagel is either black or barely cooked and the red bull drink always tastes and looks different (sometimes it's not even in the same size cup even though they informed me there is only one size). Something is always wrong. Seems to me like they need better management organization, and training.

I’m giving two stars because the evening employees have great attitudes. Anytime I go before 4, the woman I see always has a terrible attitude and doesn’t listen to me. Then, once I have to correct her because she doesn’t listen - the attitude gets worse. The only reason I still go is because it’s closer to my job than the one downtown. I go here on my break and rarely is my cappuccino how I want it, and I get a terrible attitude on top of that. I wouldn’t recommend it as I’m unsure if I’ll continue to get my drinks here.

My partner recently discovered they have cream cold brew and loves it. I thought I would give them a try yesterday and the worker was miserable. I ordered a vanilla chai and it tasted like hot water with a hint of milk flavor. Will take a lot to get me back to this location. She also got his drink order wrong, and he said it wasn't great.

This honeydew is amazing it's the one that all of other honeydews should try to mimic or mirror if they did the franchise would literally explode again and you would see them like you do DD'S. The employees actually listen to your order and double and triple check, to make sure it is understood, what is being requested even if it forces them to throw out the coffee or some sort of a sandwich it doesn't matter. they stay very polite regardless of any mishaps.I believe the key element is the female shift leader/ manager that is there most weekday mornings. she's very personable with all customers and she runs a no-nonsense type of atmosphere when it comes to her employees very well-managed
