Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible phone service. Why can’t I call a Chipotle location directly?? The automated system would not connect me to the restaurant at all, and I gave up after 10 minutes of trying to get on the phone with someone. So frustrating. Are we not worthy of talking to the team members??? Worst automated system ever, impossible to reach an actual person. Food is always good, like every Chipotle, but being completely prevented from speaking to an actual person has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Wow, where to start... Let's start with the attitude received from the staff and what seemed like utter confusion on what they were doing. The burrito was overflowing with guacamole. And to top it off there was a woman changing her babies dirty diaper on the table (nothing underneath the kid) in the middle of the dining area. Maybe that's where the food poisoning is coming from? What a dump, never going back to this one.

I have eaten Chipotle in over 10 different states and this is the worst Chipotle location! The rice was barely cooked. The grilled veggies didn't seem to have touched the grill. The portions way way to small and the staff always scrambling for something. When I called to inform​regarding the poor quality of food and service the manager had the audacity to claim the food is great. Sharing some pictures of worst quality of food I have seen at a Chipotle. Please avoid this location at all costs. This has to be shut down.
