I have spent over 45 minutes on the phone on hold trying to file a complaint with this McDonald's. Upon going through the drive through I gave them my code for 20 percent off and they said pull around . After realizing they didn't give me my 20 percent discount I used through my mobile app I asked if they could do anything to fix this . They were extremely rude I recorded it all on my phone on video . I never was able to speak with the manager and now my code is gone to waste and then the lady came back and said the manager is requesting that I give the food back to them and they will refund my entire order so under the impression I had no other choice I gave them my food back that I had already started eating. This is extremely unprofessional and I have it all on video . I was told the managers name is renae and that I couldn't speak to her because she was in a meeting. I went through the drive through at approximately 430pm in a silver Toyota camry . They asked for my card so that they could refund the entire order I had . I am outraged and feel as if I'm being discriminated against because of my race and I'm submitting the videos on social media. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with fast food

This store has improved over time and is a lot better than last time, months ago. Cashier was super nice and informative. Drive thru seemed very fast too I noticed, although I opted to go inside because of long line. Food was good too and fresh.
Thnx for improving and hopefully will continue.

Restaurant staff has no product knowledge. I was told they didn't have any coffee flavors during breakfast hours. After a 5 to 8 minute wait the person said nevermind we do have flavors. The traffic line took 20 minutes from start to finish. Horrible example of what fast food should be. This place is not meeting the McDonald's standard.

The service needs improvement but we got it straightened out 30 minutes after I used the mobile app to order and pay for my food. The employees were helpful and friendly

The Nashville Road location is likely the most efficiently run McDonald's in Bowling Green. I primarily go to McDonald's in the mornings on my way home from work and out of all Bowling Green McDonald's, I'd give Nashville the highest rating 4 efficiency and maybe a little bit better quality of breakfast food with 31W location following closely behind.

Waited about 20 minutes for our mobile order of 2 drinks. Drive through had a long line so figured curbside would be quicker but obviously not!! Maybe they should open the dining room so we can go in for our food.
