Wendy's

Waited over 20 minutes for 1 order of medium fries, and nothing more. Then a bunch of people were talking about how slow the service was and the lack of employees and one of the employees came back with something but I couldn't hear the exact words, and neither of the front Register people we saw was moving very fast at all and really it seemed to many of us that they really didn't know what was going on. Very disappointed in the customer service and the over all cleanliness of the place.

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s experience ever, first thing is I pulled in for the drive through… 7pm and there’s a trash can blocking the lane, however there’s 2 cars at the window waiting on food, then the crazy starts….watched an un-masked, un-gloved employee in a dirty grey hoodie, ring customers out, touch money then lick her fingers to touch register screen, and immediately walk over and touch food while bagging. Pulled nuggets out of a bag, they dumped… she reached in bare handed and picked them up and put them back in the container and then in the customers bag. Dining area is discussing…. Only positive is tiny readhead I assume is manager is working her tail off….. this place is un-believable

I pass thru daily. The drive through is always closed even when there are enough employees on duty. They had a don’t accept change or round up so that change wasn’t exchanged sign up until lately. Whoever the district manager is you may want to visit this particular store. You may find that all the negative reviews are due to bad management. Get someone in there that can move and rock n roll. A lot of people pass through there and need Wendy’s to be in top working order. You are losing business!

First off the drive thru was closed! I go in and NOBODY seemed to notice me standing at the counter. There WAS a woman putting bags of fries in a drawer but never spoke. When she saw me she yelled to the back for someone to come wait on me! Why couldn't she take my order? While standing there I noticed water dripping in the floor. There was a drain there but it was clogged because water was runnig out in the floor! Disgusting and very hazardous!
