Came at 8am but employee inside didn't bother to tell the driver thru customers that they were closed. Dining room was closed as well. I hate having my time wasted. Definitely won't be returning back to this location because of the lackluster service.

This place has no clue what is really going on. Wrong orders, not making orders correct. Manager just throwing things around and other workers here picking up what the manager is throwing around. Sorry but this is my last time here.

Yikes! Something was off at this Macdonalds during my evening drive-thru experience. It seemed the young man at the window was polite and paying attention to detail, but I had to pull away and park as my double QP w/ cheese and bacon was grilled. It was finally walked to the car, by a nice young lady who was very concerned about the accuracy of my order, but this was possibly the most poorly made fast food burger I've ever had. Nothing tasted bad, but the patties were in pieces between the bun, and they were exceedingly greasy. Also had a fish sandwich, and the cheese was puddled in the corner of the box, avoiding the filet altogether. I was very hungry and facing a long drive, so I ate it all. My fries were delish and the large soda was sweet and refreshing.

One of the kiosks was down. The Coke machine was down. I had two special special orders and they messed up both of them. One no pickle and one no onion. And they couldn't even get that right. Although I did get free apple pies for the messing up the order🤷♀️

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s we have ever been to. We ordered 5 Big Macs for a road trip and they were so rude and disrespectful. They didn’t even assemble our food. They literally just threw everything in the box and that was it. It wasn’t edible and we wound up throwing the food away. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because there wasn’t an option for zero stars. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The problem with this McDonald's is common throughout the franchise. Pickles piled up in one side of the burger. The condiments oozing from one side or another. Food looks sad. Of course the FF is always good when it is fresh. People have no pride in their work!

The lobby was full, the drive-through was wrapped around, and I saw 2 angry customers within the first 5 minutes of being there, but this establishment deserves 5 stars. The employees were working their tails off and remained calm the whole time, the food was great and so what if I had to wait a little longer? We're in the middle of a pandemic, people. Everybody is doing what they can and businesses everywhere are short staffed. Great job, guys. Keep up the good work.

McDonald's at the intersection of 109 and 52 in Portland y'all it's not what it used to be the service was ok the young lady at the cash register was really polite professional and just a really nice young lady I'll tell y'all something they are going down hill faster and faster maybe management needs to invest in retraining some of there employees there once was a point and time I would have rated this restaurant 5 stars well good luck Portland's Mickey D's
