Sometimes you don't get what you want. Today I got two of the best tacos ever. I'll add a photo and you can see for yourself how excellent these two tacos are.

They say you taste with your eyes first, this says "I'm not really hungry!". It always means a lot to me if my food is assembled well, then the person cares about what they are doing. The window service was less than friendly, no thank you, the food looked like a 3 year old made it.

Didn't get the order right (surprise) and the food was cold. I ordered a burrito supreme and taco supreme.. the burrito was mostly all beans and no lettuce and only a few tomatoes and sour cream and the taco supreme was not supreme at all. No sour cream or tomatoes. All of these fast food restaurants are getting such worse, and work ethic is unheard-of.

I'm updating my review because of more than one instance of bad service at this location. I eat more than my fair share of Taco Bell. I even have one of those Taco passes. Today I placed an online order for beans and rice with extra rice, cheese and red sauce added, a medium Pepsi, a cheesy roll up and a DLT taco supreme. I'm sick in bed so my aunt went to pick up the order. They completely left out the Pepsi, didn't put the extra rice in and added maybe 10 grains of cheese for the sixty cents. When I called to complain, the person on the phone told me they were the GM but wouldn't give me their name. They then argued that my food was made correctly - even though there is less rice than in a normal order - and blamed their mistake on my aunt because she had more than one order. They did offer for me to come and get a replacement, but when I explained that I was unable to get out of bed, no refund or other solution was offered. They also included no utensils, no napkins and no sealed sticker. The manager kept trying to talk over me to defend herself and tell me she had done it right. I will definitely be contacting Corporate on Monday (since they are closed on the weekend).
In the meantime, try the Portland location. They are consistently awesome, my food is always right and the customer service is outstanding.

Stood there at the counter for 10 minutes. One person was on break, one was in the back at a desk, and 4 were evidently servicing the drive thru. More than one made eye contact with me but no one tried to help. I realize places are shorthanded, but a “sorry for the wait we will be with you as soon as you can” would’ve been proper in my opinion. Never again.

Restroom were nasty. No toilet paper. I let an employee know privately she didn't seem to care. Little employee that finally decided to take my order, offered a senior citizen discount! Hell to the No, I'm not that old. Just wait you little young thing, you'll grow up someday, and know NOT to ever offer or assume someone needs your discount.

I ordered food on the app after I got off work at 10:00, knowing that TB doesn’t close till Midnight on Saturdays. I get to the drive thru and an employee yells at me through the back door “we’re closed,” even though the app still let me place an order. Three employees were staring at me through the windows when I pulled out of the parking lot, and all the lights were off almost 2 hours before closing time.
