Went in for dinner with my husband and our 2 girls. First off, the cashier barely spoke. She waived me that she could take my order so I spoke up and said, "you're open?" and she didn't reply. She didn't read us our order or say anything the entire time. So awkward. We ordered and waited almost 20minutes for our food(2 sandwiches and 2 kids meals). We were missing drinks(kids milks) and my sandwich wasn't correct. I ordered a root beer float and it was only half full of soda and ice cream. Easily could've added alot more. For my sandwich, I ordered a mushroom and swiss but they only had the burger patty on it. I took it to the counter and the cashier told them to add cheese and mushroom. The manager jumped in to ask the issue and told them to remake it. 10min later they brought me my sandwich. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It was a disgrace. Won't be back to that one.

Visited this location on 4/20/2022. The staff was very rude. In particular the team lead with dark hair. If my family and I weren’t really hungry at that moment I would have went elsewhere to eat. When someone is placing an order and produces a coupon and shows it to you, it’s very rude to imply that it wasn’t from my email. My children were with me and you showed them how employees embarrass their customers and how to accuse people of lying. I assure you we have money, the coupon was just a convenience. You embarrassed my husband as well and he had to walk out of the store. I will never return to this location and don’t recommend anyone else to unless they want to be embarrassed and accused in front of their children and other patrons.
