Three Guys Italian Restaurant

Thank you to all of the places that were closed where my husband & I wanted to dine at but couldn’t, because of this we ended up at three guys and let me tell YOU!!!!! Baybayyyyyy yesssss they did that thing. Jay our hostess was phenomenal, Kevin did not disappoint in the wakening up of our palates😋. The pricing was quite reasonable. If you have a Mother In Law that you would like to slap and get a way with it I would encourage you to patronize Three guys…. Okay okay disclaimer don’t go around slapping nobodies Mammah it was a joke and will not be tolerated!!! 😂😉…. On a serious note this place is easily accessible, kept nice & clean and the atmosphere was of great pleasure. My husband and I are native NY’s and well let’s just say we were quite impressed with it all!!!! Kudos to you Three guys. We even purchased a Philly Cheese Steak as a take out for Mommy/Mommy -In Law and nope she didn’t get slapped but she might have been looking for somebodies Mammah to slap!!!! I’m short go for it !!! You will NOT be disappointed

Okay, so this the first time I have returned to Three Guys since new ownership. I have to give it just three stars due to it not being the best pizza and the atmosphere was not relaxed. It was very bright like a highschool cafeteria. The pizza was okay but not great. The pizza could have been cooked longer and served with less toppings. I felt like I got pizza with my toppings. I would suggest, lowering the cost of the additional toppings and putting less on the pizza. I will try it again, maybe takeout next time and see if it was a fluke on the pizza, but I just can't take going inside to do it again.

After leaving a funeral and feeling a little low, , a small group of 5, decided to have lunch here!! Well, the food was so good and the portions were more than enough!! The wait staff was polite and accommodating. We all felt better after dining here and receiving such a warm and nice experience. I love the large variety of foods they have to offer. Franklin, stop sleeping on this hidden gem!! Every time I came here everything has been wonderful. Your Richmond and VA. Beach friends will be back!!

This was such an excellent surprise. We were just passing through Franklin and found this gem of a restaurant. You have to get the Veal, it’s the best I’ve had in years. Compliments to the chef. The pasta tasted fresh and the garlic rolls were the best. The staff was super friendly and nice. Thanks and next time we are in town, it’s definitely on our list to stop.

Passing by & decided to try this restaurant. Ermagherd! It was SO delicious. I had the baked ziti and garlic bread with cheese. Simply fantastic. The garlic bread was soft and scrumptious. The ziti has a meat sauce to die for. Portion size was perfect. Not too much nor too little. You'll be filled up! Easily the best Italian food I've found on the road and rivals even the Italian food I get at home.

The service here is ALWAYS fantastic as is the food. But today there was a hair in my food, I wasn't upset about that because hey I've been here a million times and never any issues with cleanliness or anything for that matter. However, when our server got the manager or owner he came to our table and was somewhat argumentative over it as he proceeded to look at me and my children to see if we had dark hair as it was a very dark, Curly hair. Which we do not. We all have very light blonde hair. This was very unprofessional in my opinion as I didn't make a stink, I discreetly asked him to remove the dish from my bill. I feel I must add that I had only eaten a few bites as well.

We had an amazing dinner (breadsticks, pizza and wings) and absolutely enjoyed everything. Do yourself a favor and order a side of Alfredo to go with the breadsticks. The service was also incredible. Staffing is rough everywhere but our waiter managed the whole dining room with a smile. We’ll be back soon!
