Huddle House

Placed an order online and was given a time my order would be ready. Parked in the online to go order spot and no one ever brought my order out to me so I sent my husband in to pick up the order. The door was locked and no one even bothered to come to the door. Called into the restaurant several times and no one answered. Finally, someone came out and my husband was able to get in. Once he went to the register to pick up the order, he was told it wasn't ready. By this time it has been a whole 30 minutes pass my pickup window. By time I received my order, a whole hour had done passed and they still forgot to give me everything in my order. They need a whole new staff that's willing to work and treat customers the way they want to be treated. I will not be returning to this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

Waited 30 minutes to even receive a menu from the waiter. Ordered simple food (waffle and scrambled eggs) and didn’t receive it at ALL waited a little over an hour. Place was dirty dead flies and alive ones everywhere. Literally saw two flies having intercourse on my table. Never got checked in one or asked if we wanted refills.

We've been to many Huddle House restaurants, and this one was the worst. The waitress seemed unhappy that she had to take our order. When I asked for a salad, the waitress told me they didn't have any...seriously???? And how dare we ask for refills on our drinks! We'll find another Huddle House to go to next time. Edit: after 2 years, we decided to go back. They had a sign on the door that stated they were understaffed and to bear with them. Fine. I have no problem with that. There were 4 waitresses, 2 or 3 cooks and a person cleaning the tables. Our waitress was very upset that she had to stop talking on her phone to take our drink order. She threw the menus at us, she huffed and rolled her eyes when we asked for the $5.99 combo menu, and when our food arrived, she threw that on the table too. Now, if the place was packed, I could understand. But there were only 4 other tables besides ours. The food was horrible (see the pics), the service was unacceptable, and I've given up any hope for this Huddle House location. Avoid it at all costs!!

on July 3, 2022 I took my kids to huddle house in Franklin va. we waited well over 1 hour and 30 minutes and never received our food. when asked how much longer I was told our food was coming up next. 30 minutes and no food later we just walked out. super messy and will not be returning. employees had attitudes and were very unprofessional. several people walked out before we did. if time is money then we should be reimbursed for our wasted time. From 11am to 1pm was a complete waste of time. please hire all new staff.

This restaurant has so much potential. Potential potential potential. I don't no what it is. Whether the attitude of servers or dim lights or what. But it Moreso in need of atmospheric change on the inside. Breakfast food is good in and of itself but if you don't care and you serve to your guest cold or with bad attitude the makes the guess feel unwelcome. Peoplel go where they have to go until they have options to go somewhere else. Quality Cleanliness Heat Temperature of Food ad Smiles Friendliness. I pray they comeback with a right attitude were corporate standards is there goal. And satisfaction of guess is also.

This place has completely lost its touch used to be friendly servers and quality service. Now it takes 20 minutes for a table to get cleaned and the servers don’t take pride in their work. Understaffed and horrible service. Probably would recommend going to another place for breakfast Atleast on the weekends.
