RUDE TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL service 100%!!!!! I will NEVER come back here again Matt and Chris B argued with me and Matt threw money at me I’m disgusted with the lack of professionalism here I’m still in SHOCK! Matt was yelling and Chris B (manager) has to restrain him physically from coming at me???!!!!! This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL incident I’ve ever experienced in my life, when Matt gets angry he physically tries to threaten ladies????? & He still works here???!!!!

I was at the shop rite store in Franklin nj on 2/24/2022.. I made a small purchase of $7.18 and my debit card was charged two times I we T home and printed a copy of my checking account and I was charged twice. I went back to the Franklin shop rite and asked to speak to a manager. When Chris o’hrady came out I showed him my checking account with the two charges he told me I had to send my checking account showin 2 charges I told him I would not after further discussion I asked for a refund and he agin told me to send the receipt and checking account to corporate all I wanted was a $7.18 refund or a vicher for the same amount. He said he could not do that.. so if this is the way corporate trains it’s managers it is really ashamed. This is not the first time I have had a issue with your Franklin store.

Easy access off of route 23. Next to Walmart in the shopping mall. Wide isles, good lighting. Great prices. My only complaint us that they charge you 25 cents for a grocery carriage which is locked up. Not the 25 cents that's a pain it's just that I don't carry any change and it takes me 20 minutes to get the change so I can get a carriage. Not a good move by ShopRite. They should want to get people in and out as fast as possible.

This Shop Rite is very clean and the staff is extraordinary! Their cashiers are always very well-mannered and respectable which unfortunately isn't always the norm these days. The prices are competitive and in fact much lower than other grocery stores in the area. Shelves are well stocked and lines move quickly. Bring a quarter as it is required to unlock the cart but is returned to you when you return your cart (you can leave your cart anywhere you want, but you have to return it to the right place to get your quarter back). My only request is that they stock more "ethnic" foods.

It’s close to my house, but its not worth to continue shopping there. Just today eggplants were Rotten, price from last week. I asked manager why such a quality for sale, prices on some items were from last week(today is Saturday). His response didn’t show any concern or care, just like it is what it is, let it be.
