The service from the kitchen can be slow and the wait staff is really friendly and helpful. You can get a meal for a good price, like the Monday burger special and breakfast is good. I like their biscuits and gravy; the omelets are good and they'll add onions to your grilled home fries but some of the offerings can be lackluster.

I ordered fluffy scrambled eggs, I got an under cooked plain omelette the toast only had a fan of yellow oil in the middle oil them, instead of hash browns,I got some kind of little puffed up tatters and the sausage patties were so salty I couldn't eat them.
The orange juice was alright and the waitress was a sweetheart,I wanted to take her home.

Worst place I've ever been. We waited over an hour for our food with no acknowledgement. We sat at the bar and I could see into the dirtiest kitchen I've ever seen. Where is the board of health in NH? We saw waitresses drop lemons on the dirty slop rags then put them back in the bucket. If my father wasn't overly nice, I would have left.

We happened to go on a night they were down a server. The kitchen staff was helping. While the gentleman that took on our table (2 adults, 1 toddler) was fantastic in his efforts. There were incredible wait times for service, and meals.

Had breakfast with a client at the Franklin location. Good, quick service and she let us work without being intrusive. I had the 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and shredded hash browns. Back a few years ago I could have eaten (heck did eat) the full size portion but now the 1/2 biscuit, sausage party and egg covered in sausage gravy was perfect pairs with the hash browns. Always a go to spot when I am in the area for breakfast as it is reasonably priced with good sized portions.

went in on Halloween for a birthday breakfast. Service was terrible. Elizabeth was the server and was rude from the beginning. We paid and even tipped her even though she definitely did not deserve it. I checked my account the next day and learned that the server added $10 to our tip. (Which was completely 100% unauthorized!!!!!)
I called and spoke to Nick "the owner" and he basically did not care at all. I would not recommend ever going here.

Love this little gem. The food is always hot, homemade and delicious. The wait staff are incredible, when you visit appleseed in its feels like you're experiencing going home and visiting old friends and having a great time and making happy memories. ❤

Stopped this evening found out new owners. Had 5.00 burger was so bad not cooked. Cold food . Explained to serve issues, she completely understood. No comp on meal. I only was about to eat three bites and burger was raw. Never again. Have been gping there last.7yrs
