Pacific Fish And Chips

Unorganised chaos!!! Order gets written on a scrap bit of paper, no numbering system when trying to collect. Tried to charge me a second time. Don't seem to be able to cope with more than 3/4 customers at a time. Order was incorrect despite repeating 3 times. Shop could do with a facelift. Food was average Response to below from owner - it was NOT New Years Eve when attended nor 31 degrees There was at least 5 staff and not many orders being cooked or in bainemarie- not busy at all 😂

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Fish was rotten and smelly, chewy and hard. I had stomach pains and diorhea all night with only 2 bites. When we went in to complain the lady was RUDE and obnoxious, with terrible customer service saying nothing was wrong with the fish when it was clearly burnt and old. My car still stinks from the rotten fish smell, will NEVER go here again. Save your money and your stomach. Edit: The owner would only give me the money back for the rotten fish, not my order which we didn't eat since the fish was so bad. We have let the council know we are not the only complaint that has lead to food poisoning.

Never had a problem with the food and the same goes for tonight. What the issue tonight was, the attitude between who I assume is the owner and a young guy who has been working there for as long as I can remember. It was a disgrace to what I and other customers had to witness. To be yelling and swearing like that is disgusting to see!
