Exceptional service. Our waiter was amazing and a smiles😀😀. The food was super good. Cooked the way we asked for..compliments to the Chef 👏🏿👏🏿.
Oh..the Brussel sprouts was the best.

Not the best longhorn steakhouse. Have been to ones in Illinois and Houston that were better.
But the service is good to great.. we had to send both our steaks back the second time we visited bc mine was undercooked and hubby's was overcooked. The manager bright them both out after, perfectly medium rare.

My wife and I went out to Longhorn for my birthday, first time there in over two years. Used to be my favorite. Not anymore. Out of the house beer. Wings were great, they were nice and hot (temperature). Salad finally came after awhile. Then another wait for the steaks. Was it worth the wait? No. Warm steak and sweet potato on a cold plate. Not hot, not juicy, sweet potato barely hot enough to melt the butter. What a disappointment. And no, I did not send it back, if the first time they gave me a steak that was not hot or juicy, why would I expect them to raise their standard? I will just not eat there again, and suggest you reconsider this particular steak house if you are looking for a great steak.

Took my little one out for a mommy and son lunch and it was wonderful. The wild west shrimp is so delicious. Our sever Luke was very polite and super nice to my son as he tried to talk his ear off. Great place to sit down and have a nice meal.

Today my husband and I ate a late lunch here. The food was great but the Server was the worst! She clearly did NOT want to serve us, I asked for the manager who was the Kindest and he checked on us 3 times.. turned the heat up because it was freezing 🥶 then made sure the food was perfect. HE SAVED HER TIP!! Customer service is everything in the Hospitality field. If you are not a People Person then stay out of Restaurants and Hotels

Picked up food at Longhorn yesterday at 3 pm. First time that I have a complaint. Steak was supposed to be medium but was well and sweet potato was hard. Maybe because it was Mothers Day? Hopefully this was a 1 time event.

I love Longhorn steakhouse. The food is so tasty and the bread is amazing. A good place to sit down and eat. The price is average for a Steakhouse but if you overlook that..you will be coming back more.

Our 12 oz ribeyes were excellent and cooked perfectly. Our waiter was very accommodating for some our unique request, but made them happen in a flash and with a smile.
