Lucky Corner Vietnamese Restaurant

If I could give Lucky Corner more than 5 stars I would! We do not live near Frederick, and have spent YEARS looking for a great Vietnamese restaurant. Well,we have finally found it. Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the staff (our server Linda was amazing and friendly. The menu is extensive, I can't wait to go back there. I cannot recommend this place enough, there's a reason they win awards for best restaurant.

My mom and I were in the area grabbing a spur of the moment dinner and remembered that Lucky Corner had recently opened. So why not give it a try? Great décor and plenty of comfortable seating available. Service was great. Even though it was busy, food came out in a reasonable time. Everything is priced on the higher end, and portions are very small. We ordered... Eggplant & Tofu Seafood Hot Pot Beef & Broccoli The only thing we didn't care for was the Seafood Hot Pot. While the flavor was good, the seafood was cut up into small pieces and barely recognizable. It was very soupy and instead of putting the rice on the side, they put in at the bottom. So the rice became super soft and it wasn't good. We had to ask for a new rice on the side. And really the rice is just a filler. Because once you take the rice out of the pot, there were barely any vegetables or seafood. For $15, it was a complete rip off. Don't suggest this dish at all!
