If I could give NO STAR I would of. This was my first time at this location and it will be my LAST TIME. Customer service was at an all time low. I had to ask for a spoon for my soup and it was thrown at me. I didn't get my pickle with my sandwich. I spoke to the manager and she acted as if she as if she didn't even care. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it only had like 6 noodles in it. Basically all broth. I will continue to go to the Panera bread over by party city the food is better and the customer service is outstanding 👌. You all should be ashamed

I’ve been supporting this location for years and never had an issue until today.
I walked in and got in line- I did forget to bring a mask in. My fault- I own that. There’s a brand new county mask mandate in effect and I forgot it. Ok…
Once I got to the counter to place my order, I was told by the employee working to get a mask or get out.
I was cooperative and let them know I had simply forgot one- asked if they had one they could give me. I also work for a large corporation and we have disposable masks for customers who need one. They refused to give one mask to me.
The female manager rudely stepped in and said “Our masks are only for employees. We’re not serving you. You can place a pick up order but we will not serve you unless you have a mask.”
So imagine standing in line being shamed by a billion dollar company’s employees and leadership, which could have easily been resolved by just handing over a mask. Again, I’m upset because I’ve been supporting this company for years, spend countless dollars, and I was willing to cooperate.
Instead I was given back horrible customer service, and felt a sense of being shamed and attacked- even by leadership. I would have never treated a customer how I was treated today.
Then, the male employee working made a comment to me saying, “why are you being so difficult?” with the added eye roll.
Is this how you represent your business and customer service Panera?

Service has gone downhill. Curbside service complete joke like other location. 30+min wait curbside pick up, saw others get orders immediately. Asked girl bringing orders and she brings only half the order and shrugs & says no refund unless go into store speak to manager! So after wasting over 30 minutes waiting for incomplete order have to go inside?!! Done with Panera & cancelling coffee subscription.

This place should receive ZERO stars…I understand the whole safety thing, etc. However, last night we were there to support our local high school for a “Fundraiser” as well as being able to support our businesses in the community. During these long enduring years with Covid-19..we over heard how the manager (male) and other staff around him were patronizing a few customers while announcing very loudly that we will not serve you “WITHOUT A MASK ON”!! We all get it…but to put those people on the spot as they entered NOT so cool. WONDER HOW HIGHER UP MANAGEMENT WOULD LIKE PANERA RECOGNIZED FOR THOSE ACTIONS!! Especially, while some of their staff is either NOT properly wearing there’s and/or touching their masks and our food at the same time. I’m sure it not only made the ones already in line uncomfortable, but it also made those around them listening to this go down feel for them not even. How EMBARRASSING, RUDE, UNNECESSARY, etc. We too (husband, friends) would have also walked out had we not already eaten our food.

Taste was good. The presentation was poor. The service was very poor. This facility is also the only Panera that I've ever seen that does not have kiosks and smart tables. Fortunately this is the only overall bad experience that I've ever had at any of almost a dozen Panera restaurants.

Polite, generous, super friendly and super helpful employees. Wonderful, talented kitchen staff. Customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Kacey did an amazing job assisting us, and was incredibly polite and patient while I requested a complicated order.

Staff are friendly and great. There is a particular gentlemen I always see when I visit. Must be the hardest working person I have met. I hope he gets manager someday.
Food is typically great, but recently soup was filled less than half way. Asked if that was a mistake and told no. Fair enough. I wont be ordering that any more. Waste of money.

Worst Panera ever!!!! Do not ever do a to go order cause they can’t read! They alway mess it up and forgot your sides every single thing time, if you customize anything they will ignore it!
