Wok In Wok Out

Wok n. Wok out to change there. Name to tacky tacky. I love my Asian food and I love eating my Asian food with chopsticks. So when they come out and present me with a fork in the bowl that was a little tacky. The seats outside and the napkin holders All say only for use for Wok n. Wok out.. again tacky. And I have to say this the first time that I've had drunken noodles where it's burnt. This is the second time I've eaten here and this is the last time.

I only tried an appetizer, I really just wanted bubble tea. The egg rolls were good. I'll visit again and try the entrees. For bubble tea, I got the yuzu Arnold Palmer and a create your own green tea mango. Both were decent bubble teas. The yuzu palmer was more on the lemony side than tea, but I kinda liked it. *** I went back and tried the wokaholic with chicken and shrimp. It was delicious not too sweet or too spicy. I also tried the wok dumplings also decent, nothing special though. They didn't have regular tapioca bubbles so I tried the Crystal Boba. They were okay. If you don't like the mushy texture of regular bubbles I suggest you try them.

Only two stars and only because the food is good, although sometimes on the salty side. If not for the food I'd give 1 star. The owner has taken my order over the phone 3 times now and each time has been rude and condescending, rushing my order, and making snarky comments about ingredient choices. I've never experienced that attitude in person, so I guess she reserves her extra special behavior for phone orders. It's pretty disappointing considering all the support the community has shown her business. I am not going to continue supporting someone who obviously is bothered by her paying customer whom has always been kind to her.

we dined in about a month ago and it was superb! the food is incredible! we got one of the bowls. you can customize the add on egg too (got ours well done, but usually we get it over easy). the reason i am writing the review today is we went to get some tea today at 3pm and they were closed. the owner came up and told us that they have a “family meal” every day from 3:00 - 3:30 and let me say, that is such a good business practice!! giving your employees a break and a meal?? i love this place and it is because of those reasons lthat we will always be super fans of this place.
