Brittany Chris and George of President's Court in Frederick MD were absolutely fabulous! They should each have their own store. So friendly and knowledgeable all around. Great interaction with customers, quick and efficient service with great attention paid to the food. Clone them at once.

This location is anything but “freaky fast”. I have routinely had to wait over 30 minutes for a sandwich recently and the staff is rarely apologetic or even friendly. And to top it off, something is wrong with one of my sandwiches almost every visit, incorrect toppings are a common occurrence. Used to be my favorite go-to lunch spot, but I just can’t afford the time it takes to pick up food here.

The worst service! I just ordered a sandwich. There one person the the store! The lady that took my order has an attitude for some reason. She did not acknowledge me. She was sitting in the counter (texting or something on her phone) when I entered the location. She walked the the register, never even looked at me. I waited and she kept silent. I finally said I’m, I’ll have a sub…. She made my sandwich and placed it on the counter on the other side from where I was standing (by the register) and didn’t say anything to me about it. When I looked at her to find out where my order was, she pointed to it, walked away and picked up her phone and continue texting or whatever she was doing. The worst!

They don’t greet black people. They just look at you crazy. You have to tell them you’re ready to order. The first time I let it slide but, today I just ended up walking out. I won’t spend my money here anymore.

The food is fine but the management/ownership here must be mailing it in every day. If you order delivery, you better hope they aren't busy. They will decide not to send your order and not communicate with you at all about it. There's also the possibility that the app will allow you to make an order when they've decided to close up for the day, again resulting in no delivery and no communication. Then there's the possibility that you make an online order, choose to pay when you pick it up, only to find out that they refuse to start making the order until you arrive unless you pay ahead of time. Logistical nightmare with these people.

Must I say this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The Frederick location specifically has gone downhill so much over the last few years. Most of time they are not wearing mask and never change their gloves. I have watched them repeatedly touch their phones, the cash register, money, then the subs. Not to mention they are beyond unprofessional and not “freaky fast” anymore. From managers to staff, it’s horrifying. I stopped going in due to the disappointment, and started ordering for delivery. That was a NIGHTMARE itself! After 45 mins of not receiving a call or any notice of my sub being delivered, I called in for an update (being I literally live 5 mins away). The delivery driver went on to tell me he sent me a text and just left my food on the ground. THE GROUND! How gross!? So I then asked to speak to a manager. Some lady gets on the phone (she refused to give me her name- stating “she does not have to provide me that information”). She then proceeds to tell me they do not have to call me if they send a text (which is new news to me because they always call when outside). I emphasized that it is unacceptable to lay food on the ground and allow it to sit, especially during a pandemic. She laughed and said “most people actually prefer that”. I told her I am not “most people” and don’t appreciate it. She then stated “you aren’t the only one in the world”. Let’s keep in mind this a MANAGER! I asked for corporate’s number, and the woman told me she’s not giving it to me and hung up on me. I called back and warned her I will be writing this review if I am not given the number, but she reminded me she could careless. My fiancé then chose to go down to the location himself as he found this to be very wild behavior and wanted to return the subs for a refund. All employees chose to tell him he is not allowed in there, while one younger girl yelled “he’s here!” To her manager. I can’t believe this owner allows such people to represent his/her company! My app is deleted and corporate has been notified.

I love how you can order and be out within like 90 seconds. It’s insane how quick they are here! When their bread is fresh out of the oven- it’s so tasty and amazing! Call me boring, but my favorite is simply a turkey and cheese and add avocados. Extra mayo since hellmans is the best!🤗🤗🤗

I ordered about 10 minutes before I got to this location only to discover when I got there that they haven’t even started making my sub yet. That defeats the whole purpose of being able to order ahead on the app so it’s ready when I got there so I can be on my way and get to work!
