Yogi Castle

I brought three children here today, all of which who are well mannered and well behaved. When one was nicely putting his change into his pocket, the cashier clapped in his face twice and demanded that he "pay attention and move out of line" even though we were the only guests in the entire space. I had to ask him multiple times to stop speaking to the child so rudely before he actually complied. We will not be returning. Sweet Frog and Menchies are far better.

It's been a few months since I went in, but it left quite a negative impression on me. The walls have several signs telling you all of the things you are not allowed to do. While filling my cup, the owner silently came up and grabbed my spoon out of my hand and used it to remove a single small drip from the edge of it. Later, the owner sent an employee over to reprimand some other customers who were quietly eating at a table. I'm not sure I've ever seen a business have such contempt for its own paying customers. Given that there is a rather similar yogurt shop in the adjacent shopping center with far friendlier staff, I can't imagine anyone would return here for a 2nd visit.

Ok, so the toppings are great and the yogurt is good but only go if you can deal with the owner’s ridiculousnes, seriously. Menchies is a hop, skip, and a jump away and no one there will ruin your mood. I would suggest reading Jason DeRose’s comment below because as of yesterday he is still rude and seems to have no respect for his paying customers. Myself and my family will not be back.

Great place to go when you want something small and easy. Great place for a date since it's not expensive, and they have a ton more options than most other yogurt places. After working there, I can tell you that they use genuine fresh fruit and immediately discard anything that isn't looking it's best. There's a reason why I still go there!
