Excellent customer services, plates and utensils very well cleaned, friendly atmosphere, and the food was excellent! I had a grilled salmon with white rice and broccoli. My wife had the Mac and cheese with parmesan chicken. Soooo good! Highly recommended! I also recommend the Classic Starters of tortilla chips, mozzarella sticks, and soft pretzels. Comes nice and hot . For some the cheese sauce may be a touch too salty but overall delicious! Have fun!!!

We had an amazing dinner at Ruby Tuesday! Our food was cooked perfectly and there was no wait time. Our server, Amy, was very pleasant and made the experience even better! We also loved the manager, Jessica! Cant wait to go back and enjoy another meal at Ruby Tuesday!

Only thing positive I can say is that the drinks were great. It took 25 minutes to simply get out beverages. Another 35 minutes to get any of our food. Our waiter not only ignored us most of the time but the simplicity of our orders seemed difficult for him. All of the food looked and tasted frozen or processed. On top of that we had to search for someone to get our check to leave. The prices do not match the service and quality of food and it explains why so many have shut down. Never again

Quality is lacking. Steak tasted like a pork chop and it was cooked pass well. Potato was hard in places, cocktail in small glass no appeal or presentation, needs an upgrade booths are beat up. I won't be back.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Had to wait a little over an hour for our food to get to us and we were one of the few people in the restaurant. Our waiter barely checked on us and didnt ask if we wanted refills. Then once we got food, there was long hairs in at least two of our meals. We complained, but the managaer never came to speak with us. And the worst for last, there was a cockroach in the salad bar....completely disgusted and will never come back here until something changes.

Jen is the best! She always takes great care of her customers and provides great service! Ask for her when you go in! I would have posted pics, but the ribs were too good!

Placed an online order, when we went to pick the it up the restaurant was closed due to a water main break. I realize that is out of the store's control, but why were they still accepting orders if they were closed? My credit card was charged for the order and now I am stuck disputing this charge with the credit card company. Other restaurant websites tell you if a restaurant is closed for some reason. The manager at this location really dropped the ball. This was the first time in four years we had visited Ruby Tuesday and our first online order. They did not make a good impression.

The person taking to go orders was rude and rushed thru the order. When I arrived to pick up the restaurant was quiet. The to go person sat my bags on the bar and walked away without a word. My order was incomplete and it took me waiting 3 minutes before he even noticed I was still standing there. Then he got the salad I was missing and tossed it on the bar with salad dressing that was leaking and walked away. Very poor customer service.
