Mcdonald's

Let me start by saying I don't like leaving bad reviews or any for that matter, but I feel like this had to be said. I work at the Napa across the street and stop here for lunch, which is never an issue, but the breakfast is where the problem is. The last three times I have been there for breakfast I have been given the incorrect items. I understand if there was a breakfast rush or something like that, but I show up around 6:45 when there isn't anyone around. Sorry to say but three strikes and you're out.

Horrible customer service! At the drive-thru window when the woman went to grab my money I didn't let go quick enough and the $20 bill ripped in half and then they refused to take it. Then called me a liar and tried to say that when I handed it to her it was already ripped. Then when I go in to speak to the manager she comes running up towards the front from the window yelling in Spanish to the manager in some very colorful language cuz little did she know I understood what she was saying. I was then told by the manager that I could take the $20 bill to the bank and that they would exchange it for me...

Terrible attitude. Pulled into the drive thru at 1130, calmly waited and had no response on the intercom. When I pulled forward to the first window, I waited and the lady inside ignored us. Pulled to the second window and a young lady with glasses rudely yelled "We close at 11!" I Said "online states you close at 12." She opened the window and screamed again "we close at 11!" I responded with "Geez online it says you close at midnight. "She responded with you gave me attitude first." It was then when I pulled away and went to the McDonalds on 7th St. Where they appreciate business from customers.

I just went to this location and ordered a Large Cappuccino and Large Caramel Mocha. The Large Cappuccino was cold and I went in to see if they could remake it or offer at least a refund. The manager "remade" it and it was still cold. I took the cup and I felt like she just poured what was in the first cup into the new cup. There was no difference between the first and second cup. I might as well put this cup in the microwave it to at least get it hot.

This place deserves a zero star rating for the service we received while there .. nothing! Me and my family entered the restaurant and no one was at the front counter. We waited a while and someone came through the entrance. We were still deciding on what we wanted to eat, so we let her go ahead of us. When someone finally came to the counter the lady we let in front of us ordered and the woman at the counter clearly saw us behind them but after she took the lady in front of us' order she dissapeared. We then proceed to wait and several people looked at us and didn't say anything. My family decided if one more person looked at us and didn't help we would leave. And I'm typing this from the Burger King nearby 😂. That was very poor service.
