Cicis Pizza

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been. The food is old... And I don't mean minutes I mean hours. The salad bar is completely unsanitary. The guy at the front handling money. Was also handling the salad bar and the food. Never washed his hands. Was always itching under his stomach line near his neither regions. Was taking food from the salad bar rolling it in his fingers and then throwing it back in the salad bar for people to eat. I recommend no one ever eat here unless you want to get sick.

***This locations availability & quality of of Pizza & Salad fail in comparison to othe CiCis Restaurant locations. My whole family loved CiCi's for years for football & cheer celebrations, birthdays or just to treat our kids. We have visited CiCis in many locations in other states. Last night We were (for first time ever) extremely disappointed with the quality and lack of availability of food for CiCis buffet. 1) This was a first time we had to ask (nicely) for fresh salad as the little amount left on the bar was wilted and turning brown. They proceeded to mix in the new bag of salad with the old left sitting out salad and its container. We had to carefully get salad from the far end of container that wasnt mixed in with the majority of the container. The croutons were stale & almost soft. Thousands island dressing was not the same and not as good. Not sure if Cicis Corp. Or the local owner changed brands of dressing to save money which it's understandable. We Did not finish the salad. 2) My first experience in Cicis ever with NO fresh pizza on the buffet. Maybe 3 or 4 different variety and dried out slices. Stayed that way for atleast 10 - 15 minutes. Finally a couple fresh pizzas were put out but that's it. We were thankful to get a couple slices only to find NO marina sauce on regular pizza NOR alfredo sauce on the spinach pizza. I took pictures. The cheese and crust were white or there was a pinkish- reddish remnant of color but it was DRY. We asked if they put sauce on their pizza they replied yes and Offered to make a new pizza. At this point after having to wait for what other cicis usually keep fresh pizza made properly and constant or atleast based on amount of customers present at this point we were there almost 25 minutes and work in the morning we left still hungry and frustrated. * Other customers there voiced their opinions with us and were disappointed as well. 3) The young man who was our cashier, and assisted at the buffet was very nice. I don't blame him but we do believe he was only following orders of the two young ladies working in the back or managment. After being excited to find a Cicis like we had in other states we Unfortunately won't be going back to this location.

Apparently the owner of this store has changed, and he is VERY rude and cheap. He wouldn't allow the staff to make pizzas that were requested, I believe they were understaffed because there were spills and messes everywhere which needed to be cleaned. I was highly disappointed at the way he spoke to my pregnant friend, and she pretty much paid to eat cheesy bread because he refused to make the pizza she wanted. I used to go all the time and loved going, but with change in owner, I doubt I'll be going as frequently, if at all.

Awful service that can't keep a pizza bar stocked on a slow day let alone a day when they have more than 3 customers. Don't go to this location if you want pizza because you will not get it without waiting for 30+ mins for something you want to eat if they even make it at all. I requested a pizza listed on there always available menu 3 times before the manager said we don't carry that pizza. If you don't have that pizza any more take it off the list of pizzas we can order

First of all this place is always such a cluster f. They are never prepared for the lunch rush or the dinner rush. I’m always going in there with maybe two pizzas at the buffet and they’re both almost gone. They should be prepared for when people are going to be expected to come in and have pizzas ready during the rush-hour times. Second, I called this location to ask a question. The lady who answered didn’t speak good English and when I asked to speak with someone else, she wouldn’t just give the phone to someone else that would better understand me. She flat out hung up on me!
