Dunkin' Donuts

Today after Church went to the drive thru and ordered a iced coffee, took 1 drink and nasty brown crud came up through the straw. This is the 2nd time it has happened at this location. So today we went back to the location and went inside to address the issue only to be made fun of at laughed at by the employees . Dirty and unsanitary conditions along with rudeness is not acceptable. Never will get my business again. They didn't even offer to give us our money back. Customer service here sucks.

The worst Dunkin in the area. My husband and I stopped for ice cream. No one even acknowledged us for a good 5 minutes. The woman who finally came over seemed to have no idea how to scoop ice cream. I got about a half a scoop. When we checked out we were charged twice for the ice cream and my husband had to explain it three times before they understood and fixed it. This location just had terrible customer service and the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing.

I came to this location because it isn’t far from work. I ordered hash browns and a large iced coffee. When the girl at the drive through window handed me my hash browns they were only in the tiny paper they come in, no bag. I asked if I could get a bag and she rudely said, “this is a bag.” There is no need to be that rude. I asked if I could get a paper bag and she rudely walked away to get an actual bag and handed them to me in a rude way. There is ALWAYS a problem everytime I go to this location.

I ordered drinks online and then went inside to get some donuts and pick up the drinks. They said there wasn't a ticket for the drinks. I reordered the drinks and received the new ones. I then showed them the order history where I had now been charged 2 times. They said there wasn't anything they could do since they didn't have a ticket for them.

Went in this morning at 6am. There was no line at all. I ordered my drink on the app and I live about 5 minutes away. Normally it is done by the time I get there. I pulled into the drive thru and no one was there. Then one of the ladies came on the speaker and said there system is down. And left. She returned and said the same thing again and told me to leave. My order is very easy to make, I asked if I could show my order to get my black iced coffee, hash browns, and a sandwich and she said no. Every time I go to this location everyone is extremely rude and I work in the service industry. I put aside the rudeness for the convenience of being down the street. I will not be returning and we will see if I get my refund.

I hadn't had donuts for a few years. Went to get some at Dunkin. Got a half dozen, three flavors, plus two apple fritters. The donuts were hard. One of the flavors was a cream filled ... Absolutely tasteless and hard with very little filling. One of them went to the trash. The apple fritter not only was not soft but it was overwhelmingly just tasting of cinnamon. Shouldn't it taste like apple if it's an apple fritter? One of them also went to the trash. Won't be getting donuts for possiblity years again.
