Pizza Bolis

First time ordering after they put those annoying flyers in my door. Guess they worked… For my son anyway. The pizza is average but delivered, well let’s say not hot. The more confusing part is their app said on its way as well as delivered. We what is it? It wasn’t delivered. Is this to offset the actual hour it takes them to deliver a pizza? Over all not very impressed. It will be the one and only time for us.

Food is good. Delivery takes OVER AN HOUR, multiple times DESPITE PROMISES OF 30-45 MINUTES to deliver LESS THAN 5 MILES AWAY. I walk 4.5 miles to work, and would STILL arrive in 45 minutes. There is no way this is acceptable. Food WILL arrive cold, and WILL take longer than estimated. Enjoy your cold pizza.

I am shocked at the few bad reviews. this place is 10 stars. I eat out often and they are one of the very few places go out of way. They call if any issues with order. They prepare it exactly how you request. Food looks like ready for photo OP. Perfect. I have ordered several items with everything being exceptional. Delivery is much quicker vs food delivery services. I order using their app earn points for reduced prices like half off. Delivery always fast and food hot as if just came out of oven. If a manager or owner reading this you guys rock. Doing an outstanding job.

I enjoy Pizza Bolis pizza however this location is by far the worst. The customer service is terrible. I have ordered twice from here and both times the pizza has been more than 15 mins late. The last time I scheduled for a specific time. 30 mins later the pizza still wasn’t here and I cancelled it. I requested a call back from the store manager and to date I am still waiting. Needless to say I will no longer order from this establishment.

My experience was terrible. The girl taking orders was rude, and disrespectful, and didn't write my order correctly. She said it would be 45 minutes, which turned into 1 1/2hrs. I got my steak, and cheese wrap, which was dripping with grease. I also ordered mozzarella cheese sticks, but didn't get them. I got the marinara sauce. The driver wasn't very nice either. Done w this place.
