Chili's

Solid Chili's. Our service was friendly and helpful. All the food was as expected, except the chicken sandwich which could have used a little more time in the frier (it was cooked through but only just barely). Our drinks and apps came out staggered (one drink first, then the other a few mins later; same for apps) so that was a little funky but not a big deal.

Went to dinner wifey ordered Smoke House combo with Chicken & Ribs. Chicken was excellent Ribs were not so good kinda tasted like mush... & original chili was overly salty & Cesar salad wasn't that fresh. Not that good of a meal I'm thinking it was just a difficult night in the kitchen because usually we get good food and Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants. Would still recommend to all because they have the best Chips & Salsa.. Also Waitress was excellent she did a wonderful Job...

Very attentive staff. The manager was the first one to welcome us and waitress, Griffin, has a special attention to the kids. The whole experience was amazing. I have been in many Chily’s before but I never had a good experience to write about. So I rather no to comment at all. However, the experience in this restaurant was so special that other restaurants in the area should come here to take a lesson on customer service, specially the one next to them. I also notice some other waiters a bit more relax with their customers but always with the respect and courteousness. Thanks you for being so attentive to us. Strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I do not know what The Chilis in Frederick does that makes them so great, but damn if they don’t do it every time! Because the Chili’s in Eldersburg is absolutely HORRIBLE. To point where it’s almost not edible. The Chili’s on Pegasus in Frederick A+’s and wows me every time! The sliders are tender and hot. Southwest egg rolls, I cannot say how much we love them. I personally drive from Olney 2x a week just for chips and salsa. It just is unfortunate I had to make sure that the Eldersburg Chili’s wasn’t having an off night. I endured that food 3x and what a waste of $120!! And it’s closer to me. At least I know when I make the trip to Frederick I won’t be let down!!!!!

I have eaten at several Chili's before but this is the first time at this particular one. My burger wasn't very good. Not juicy..dry over cooked, my fries were over salted and room temperature. Not hot like I would expect. Our server looked to busy or distracted to noticed I didn't eat my meal. The runners gave better service than him. My sister had the fajitas and she enjoyed it. We each got a molten chocolate cake. Delicious.
