If I could give zero stars I would. The staff INCLUDING managers speak to each other and customers degrading. The manager is very loud and I quote “ I am loud as SH*T and I am not walking to the table” referring to when she was attempting to inform customers that their Frappuccino was not working ( as usual when busy) as the customer may of not heard her, been in the building, may be deaf, may not speak English. Including when asked why the machine is down and it can not be fixed -“ it’s busy and I do not have time and sorry for the hold up” refund not offered. Not informing their cashier to not allow the orders in the first place. And regardless of how some customers respond to her - stating “ I know this woman did not call me hood” is incredibly unprofessional. Please note it’s been still 20 minutes and we just received our order which is wrong…… never will return. Work ethic and professionalism is at an all time low.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The management is terrible and the workers are too! Big discrimination there. Requested for equal access and the woman kept talking when I was deaf. I asked to write it down but she proceeded to talk. Terrible worker there. Won’t be seeing me there ever again. True discrimination.

somebody has to do something, I went to this McDonald's store 1257 W Patrick Street, today 10/13/2021. the lady who works at the drive through is beyond rude. No customer service skills at all, even before I uttered a word she accused me of saying profanity. I hope the owners of this store can review the video, which am sure they do. But this lady works with a lot of impunity. I haven't been at this store in months and I'll never go back. The owners seem not to care. How can I trust such a person to prepare me a decent meal, I've paid for? My opinion is that the Frederick licensing commission should seriously look into these complaints if the owners can't act. How can one entrust her to eat food prepared by an individual with such an attitude?

The Spanish lady who works the drive thru is always so rude. I go there because it's closest to my job otherwise I wouldn't go. The lady working drive thru is incredibly obnoxious and the first time I interacted with her I tried to be kind thinking she was having a bad day and so I said "have a nice day!" And she shut the door on me saying that. Another day, while I waited for her to come to the window to order because she didn't say anything when I was waiting 4 minutes at the order speaker - I noticed this sign. Which if an employer is going to mention someone being "fired" they shouldn't have it located for customers to read. Very unprofessional to have something like that visible. As well as hand written. On top of the rude service.
