We placed the order at 4:22 PM today, while we were at the bank. That is 6 minutes away. We were informed the order was ready while we were driving to the KFC. When we got there there was a vehicle in front of us. They placed their order, picked it up and left the drive-thru. When we got to the drive-thru window, we were informed that our order was gone and that they had to cook more chicken. When I asked for a refund it was refused. When I asked to speak to a manager, she informed me they would have to cook more chicken. That would take about 18 minutes. I asked for a refund again and was refused. When I asked for the general manager’s phone number so, I could escalate the issue, a man named Yunior claimed he was the general manager. When I asked if I would be compensated because I had to wait for my order, since they gave it to someone else. He stated and I will quote, “I will give you nothing for waiting. And if you want a refund you need to call the online service.” I then asked, “ So you are giving me nothing for waiting 18 minutes.” He then said, “ It’s not 18 it’s 10 minutes.’ I then asked where can I park? He said to park out front and he will bring me my order. With my child in tow we parked and I contacted your customer service. I passionately reiterated the travesty of the situation. At this point the woman who answered tried to connect me to the refund department and I was disconnected. With no resolution, I also, tried to rectify this by going on Twitter and notifying you. Total time spent at the restaurant was 25 minutes. Update still the worst customer service promised a refund and still have yet to deliver

I did stop by here to get some food before hitting the highway. The order was very quick they did provide enough hot sauce when we asked for spicy. Quality of fries was good but the chicken was overcooked/fried. Customer experience and speed of the order was good. It was confusing for someone not from the are to figure out Tacobell or KFC driveway.

Taco Bell & KFC? YO. Recipe for winning when you are craving some finger lickin crunch wraps. Where else can you get some extra crispy fried chicken with a Baja blast in this area? Guaranteed 4 starts for the simple aforementioned fact. This is the first time I’ve ever gone in to get service and it wasn’t that bad so I’m giving a 5 star.

It seems funny everytime I order delivery from here it's a problem. Last time the lady working at KFC blamed it on the doordasher for not wanting to wait for my food. This time the store straight out takes my money then cancel it. So I know it's the workers not wanting to work. Seems funny everytime I try to order there's an issue. You guys need to hire people that actually want to make food because that IS their job
