Domino's Pizza

Both pizzas, the toppings and cheese had slid to one side of the box. Too much sauce, not enough cheese and toppings. Never had an issue like this ordering from the westview dr. location. But recently moved. This is my first time ordering delivery from this location and will probably be my last, terrible experience.

Very disappointed in their customer service this evening! You messed up on the address, did not deliver the food. When we called looking for our order your employee Carlos was very unprofessional on the phone and all he could do is say how it was our fault that the address was wrong. He didn’t know how long it would take to have it redelivered, basically the food would be not edible to eat. We order from here weekly. I understand that mistakes can happen but it’s not good customer service to not try to make it right.

Buy a frozen one. it will be better than Dominos. If at all you wish to order from Dominos, choose another store anytime. They shy away from putting toppings on the pizza to an extent that you can literally count the number of pieces of toppings. It is like cheese pizza with a hint of toppings on your pizza. Who prepares pizza like this!!! Super bad prep!!
