Dunkin'

This Dunkin Donuts became more convenient for me to go to on Sundays I get donuts for my kids and take them to their grandmas house while I work. There is one guy in particular that is absolutely horrible completely rude. I’ve been afraid to even say anything because I don’t want him to do something to our food or drink. He’s definitely not someone I’d want at the window of a business where you have to deal with people. I drove up to the window and my debit card fell out of my hand into my purse so I was retrieving it and this made him very upset , he started clearing his throat loudly and slamming my order on the counter repeatedly to get my attention I found my card in less than a minute about 45 seconds. The rest of our exchange was silent, I got no receipt but he never gives me my receipt anyway, everyone else does. I work with people so It came naturally for me to smile and say thank you before leaving which I hate that I did because he was just so nasty from start to finish. I’ve given this location so many chances but I might have to give it up because I don’t want to start my mornings off so negatively. This man is so rude.

One of the kids who works here in the drive thru is extremely nasty and rude. Calls people out of their name and everything. Management doesn’t seem to care. I avoid at all costs. Refuse to waste my time or money here. He shouldn’t be working in the service industry if he dislikes people. Makes no sense!

Hijabi employee tried to kick me out of the bathroom. Not realizing I understood her language, she muttered outside the door something along the lines of how (since I'm not Muslim) I'm too filthy to be using their bathroom (it had a cup of water on the floor). She's jiggling the door handle then started banging on the bathroom door and then shouts in English "GET OUT!" The signs outside the bathrooms are "EMPLOYEE ONLY WOMEN" AND "CUSTOMER ONLY MEN," which was confusing. When I step out she doesn't even need to go in. When I sat down I caught this same hijabi lady giving me dirty looks several times for something I don't think I did wrong (use the bathroom). When I had my laptop (and it was clear that I was there to stay a while) it was only a couple minutes until someone blasted the AC. I can't speak in absolutes, but I can't help but think that was an attempt to get me to leave. I was wearing a tank top and shivering. There's also a peep hole behind the "employees only" door facing out to a work space, which makes anyone trying to do work in the lounge area feel uncomfortable and ruins the atmosphere. You're better off going to the Starbucks 5 minutes down the road.

On my way to my doc apt and I swing by and order a Large Iced Coffee with creame and sugar and 2 orders of hash browns. I was handed a medium hot coffee and I repeated my order saying if keep the coffee I just wanted the Hash browns which weren’t cooked. Last visit I ordered 1 sausage, egg and cheese on sour dough and I got bacon egg and cheese on sourdough. Ordered a large ice coffee and got a large hot coffee. I know this is a busy location but dang they mess orders up

Today's Review.. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION My mom stopped and got coffee, doughnuts and a Muffin. Well of course the coffee was wrong and the muffin was not cooked all the way through. To be honest not even sure how this location is even open still the service is terrible and the staff is young and only worried about talking to each other instead of working!! Don't bother complaining to the manger as he will do nothing. The below post was not added so this was a few moths back.. Just went through with my son and left so annoyed. As I’m trying to put my order in someone was on the intercom relating and messing with the girl taking my order. I pull up and tell the young man at the window and he blows it off like he knows what they were doing. They were so busy playing around they forgot my straw. I see why people go to Starbucks
